Absolutely incredible. Very very nice staff and guy took our order. Explained everything so clearly and was extra patient while me and my friend decided what we wanted to order. We also came in at a weird time for lunch (2:30pm). Guy was so great. Split everything in our order for us because we wanted to share. Food was absolutely amazing to match the service. 5 stars. Well done.

Love that spot. The cashier was able to help me pick something delicious and she was very nice to talk to as it was my first time there. I ended up getting the Half Brick Chicken with the garlic mashed red potatoes and washed it down with some piña. Loved the coleslaw and cornbread that came with the plate. Told my coworker about that spot and she went straight for the half brick chicken as well. Check them out!!!!

Great place to stop for rotisserie chicken. But despite the name the meat is cooked over a gas fire and has no charcoal flavor. It’s still pretty good though. Also a great place for family dining and small kids. The bathrooms were very clean.

i have a whole chicken with sides and drinks, the chicken taste like rotisserie the only parts that taste a little of charcoal are the wins and legs, what surprise us was the taste of chicken with the lemon they give us with the chicken.

Absolute powerhouse of a chicken spot!
The Cajun chicken sandwich was outstanding! Had all the fixings of a great sandwich. The side I got with it was Mac n’ Cheese and holy cow, what a ginormous portion! No complaints from regarding that!
My partner got a chicken salad but asked for blackened chicken, and let me tell you, this makes the difference, taking the salad to new heights.
Out door seating was fantastic and the staff was extraordinarily friendly. Recommend Clucker’s 10/10 times!

We got takeout and I wasn’t really intrigued by the presentation, but the food turned out pretty flavorful! We got the wings, Chicken Beignets, and the Chicken Enchiladas. The chicken was very moist and everything tasted very savory! I would recommend this place for a casual lunch, and I would love to dine-in next time!

My sis from Michigan got stuck in Chicago when the snow storm caused Amtrak to cancel twice last Jan 14, 2024 so I brought her to Cluckers in Highwood, IL. Oh boy! we had a blast! The owner Reed was so gracious & everyone there was super accommodating! The food was EXCELLENT, falling-off-the-bones yummy & affordable!!! 10 stars!

First time eating here at Cluckers Charcoal Chicken and it was very good! I ordered the Cajun crispy chicken and it was great and the fries were great. My only problem is they didn’t add enough sauce on the sandwich so it was a little dry. Overall very good though

BLAND BLAND BLAND AND DRY DRY DRY OVERCOOKED CHICKEN. The Mac and cheese was the worst I’ve ever eaten it was watery and flavorless I don’t know what that orange food like substance was but it had no cheese flavor at all. Horrible! Take a look at the red beans and rice there’s no rice and no spices flavorless beans for $4 give me a break. To cook red beans and rice you gave to cook the beans in the rice. Horrible. Oh they put the rice on the side very inventive to say the least. The chicken was overcooked and dry. Horrible. Go to Mariano’s for chicken.
