I can’t rate the food because I never received it. Even tho the lobby was empty. I waited well over 15 min for for my food and was told the holdup was fries. When the fries were ready, the staff catered to the customers in the drive thru. I get that, I do, but even when the nice lady at the register reminded the manager that we’ve been waiting patiently, the manager never came out and said anything. The person behind me was waiting and they simply left from frustration. I had to ask for a refund and that took a process. A simple apology for the time it took goes a long way with me and I didn’t get that. At least not from the manager on duty who was in eyesight the whole time. Lesson learned, I won’t be going back unless there’s a change in management at that location. As you were.

The drive-through was extremely slow but when we got up to receive our food the lady that was handing us our food was absolutely a delight she was very polite and was definitely a people person! So whoever she was thank you for making our night that night I wish all of the fast food restaurant attendants would be as nice as she was!
