Waited twenty minutes in a drive-thru at noon without any cars moving before pulling out and not getting my order. Fast food in general has already gotten absurdly expensive, but bad service on top of it? There’s a reason why I avoid these places now.

Come on guys this burger is cooked so long. It’s so hard and dry. It doesn’t even taste like a burger. It’s almost burnt. I could only eat a couple of bites. That was it. It was awful so dry. Nothing juicy about this burger. How can you guys even give this to a customer? You’ve got to see it like that. Do you not care?

WHat in the world. I have had a lot bad service in this has got to be the worst service I have ever seen.
Ordered #1 and a large chili, at 30 minutes still haven’t received anything. Saw a lot of people walking around, looking at the front. Saw lots of people coming in with wrong orders, Saw workers not wearing gloves or washing there hands, lots of Flys flying around, the floor was so slippery I’m surprised no one was falling. Needless to say I darkened there door for the last time, McDonald’s and dairy queen is within walking distance. Went to McDonald’s Ordered and had food within 5mins. And for the record they don’t deserve the one star that is mandatory to give!, need an option to give negative. I think what the real problem was , there was not management present, no one wanted to fix the problem. There were a couple working, VERY FRUSTRATING!

Based on Wendy’s everywhere this one still didn’t seem to make the cut, the food was not fresh, it looked good and it was cheap but it wasn’t a place I would choose to stop at again

I get it, I pay for convenience and not quality. But y’all didn’t have to give me this dried up chicken in my wrap, I crunched into something and thought I broke my tooth (I have great teeth) if you have bad teeth I do not advise.
I gave 2 stars because I had one of these wraps a week ago and it was hot and fresh.

The only reason I’m giving you two stars is because the lady who handed me my food was kind, other than that I wouldn’t give you one star. My order is always wrong, and this visit in particular , I was given a bun that looked like it was smashed around in the floor so I had a thin piece of holy bread for a top “bun” . This food is going in the trash, where it belongs. And I will no longer pay your location to screw my entire order up.

Edit** I went to Wendy’s today 8/26/25 and my burger was raw and not how I ordered it, fries were burnt, and again, terrible customer service from the faces at the drive thru. Just over all TERRIBLE.
EDIT EDIT** Figured I’d give it another try again 10/23/25. Same crap, different day… waited FIFTEEN minutes in the drive thru to be told they were out of what I wanted to drink after being told at the drive thru I was good to pull around. Also, forgot the sauce in my bag, no napkins, and just AGAIN overall TERRIBLE customer service… don’t you guys have any plans on hiring competent people?

After being stuck at work all day with no food. I stopped by the drive thru and purchased a couple of singles. They were delicious! Fresh ingredients, cold lettuce and tomato…possibly the best Wendy burgers that I have ever eaten.

The drive-through was extremely slow but when we got up to receive our food the lady that was handing us our food was absolutely a delight she was very polite and was definitely a people person! So whoever she was thank you for making our night that night I wish all of the fast food restaurant attendants would be as nice as she was!
