Service keeps getting worse here for lunch. One employee behind the counter doing everything. Where is the rest of the staff! The woman behind the counter is amazing and engaged but it must be so frustrating as an employee to have NO help at 11:50 at the start of the lunch rush.

Very upset. I placed an order online for pickup after getting screwed over by Chipotle failing to deliver anything for me. Pickup estimated at 8:22 PM and they close at 9 according to their door sign and website. Show up around 8:25 and they’re closed.

Food was good. Customer service was not welcoming. Salsa bar was atrociously filthy. Two or three salsas were empty. When I asked for mild salsa, the employee took the filthy bowl into the back room and returned with that same bowl filled with new salsa. Totally against Servsafe regulations. All but about 5 tables were dirty. The floors were soaked by the soda machine and filthy throughout the establishment. The trash receptacle was full and filthy around the top from the trays, baskets and other items. Bottom line, not a good experience. Haven’t been there in a while and don’t plan to return.

Food is usually good and fresh from this location. That being said we will NEVER order from this location at least not online. We placed an online order and 2 out of 3 of our items were wrong. This is the second time they have messed up online orders for us. Also all our food was cold. The management team need to work with their staff on Mobil order accuracy. We called and apparently there is no manager on duty to help us theres a shocker unsupervised staff not caring what they are putting out to people.

If I could give this location zero stars and a referral to the department of health I would. Brought my friend/fam to this place because I enjoyed the one I went to in Long Island and I was embarrassed and disappointment. The place was empty, which should have been a major sign. The beans and meat looked Dry. There was a mess of food all around where the food is contained. There service was slow and HORRIBLE. The floors and tables where you sit looked like they haven’t been cleaned in forever. The entire place was filthy all the way down to the area where they prepare the food. I am new to the area, but I will never spend my money there going forward. We ended up not eating our food because the thought of all that mess irritates my stomach. Department of health, please visit and take a gander, I’m sure you will find that it needs to be shut down.

Worst fast food experience of my life. Employees were extremely rude. No hello, how are you. No greeting. Stared at me like I have 7 heads while I ordered. Not impressed at all. Every table was dirty and the garbages were overflowing. My son found a hair in his food, probably came from the rude girl who prepared our food because she didn’t have a hair net on. Then the guy who cashed us out was wearing gloves when he took my money, then went right back to touching food! And the bathrooms are disgusting! We decided to wait to get back to our hotel rather than risk using the restrooms. I’ve honestly never seen anything like it. I’ll be going somewhere else to eat the next time I come to visit Albany! YUCK!

Not sure what all these ppl who write these reviews expect… The place is basically fast food Mexican American food, served by $10/the high school or college kids. Take it for what it is. The food is awesome, and the service is pretty good in my opinion. The trash bins do always seem to be full, and it could be a little bit cleaner but what do you expect from kids making minimum wage… I have no complaints, and will be back many more times.

Guys behind counter didn’t speak at all to us while ordering… Not sure they spoke English anyway. Other guy was wearing earbuds so not sure he would have heard me tell them the service was terrible. Chicken was dry and some pieces just didn’t look right. As for most Moe’s chain’s the place was really dirty and bathroom was nasty and out of paper towels. Not going back to Moe’s anytime soon, I’ll take my chances with Chipotle.
