Only ate because I had to charge my car but I would never eat here again. First time eating here and the employees expect you to know everything. Super rude. Man this place was extremely dirty I cannot believe that no one has said anything about it. The fountain drink machine was a mess straws trash sticky. It was gross. The restroom was even worse. The food was great, as it always is at Moe’s. The staff who took our orders and served us at the register were very friendly and competent. However, the manager was openly rude and condescending to the employees in front of us multiple times. I feel bad for the employees – they deserve better. Also, I’m begging someone to turn down the music. My poor ears.

When we walked in today around 3:30 there was a male and female working. (They were both managers) the female in my opinion should not be in management, she is rude, doesn’t make eye contact and honestly it felt like we were inconveniencing her by being there. If i could give the service the male manager gave us 5 stars I would. I wish they wore name tags so i could call this woman out, but they don’t. Honestly makes me sick to my stomach that I spent $60 there today and was treated the way I was.

It seems like with covid, all these branches took a big hit as far as quality of staff, which is understandable. The latest night crew has really turned the place around. Very friendly, always a “Welcome To Moe’s” when we walk in. Fast and efficient. The manager is especially friendly and helpful. Great food. Five stars.

Went in around 2pm today had an awesome experience. Store was very clean the crew greeted me as soon as I walked in. The manager was the one that made my food and she was super nice talked to me the whole time she was making my order and made sure I had everything I needed and she was very fast paced worker.

I went to this Moe’s on September 30, 2022 around 2:30 pm. I wanted to order 2 burritos. I asked the lady if the burritos were on special and with a raised voice she replied “Do you have the app?” I tell her no and continue to place my order. So, the first was extra steak and with a raised voice the lady replied “That will be $3 extra” and i said fine. The second one I first asked if they had spicy chicken and the lady said no, so i continue to order the burrito with extra adobo chicken which the lady replied in a raised voice “That will be $3 extra. So after her raising her voice for no reason I tell her I will be back. I leave for 10 minutes come back and try to order again and this rude lady asks me if I’m really gonna buy this yime because she just wasted 2 soft shells. I tell her she wouldn’t have had yo waste them if she wasn’t so rude. So then she refused to serve me. I took out my phone to take her picture and she hides behind the register and then walks to the backroom. She comes back out and tells me to exit the building because she is not serving me. And the tall light skinned mixed guy working with refused to serve me also after the lady told him not to serve me. I later found out she was the manager her name is Bree, which she also refused to give me her name or the corporate number. Worst management, service,employees I have ever encountered. They will never get my business again unless they get new management. Very disappointed

It’s Moe’s, sometimes it is better than others. But after my last encounter, I will not be a returning costumer. Usually get the chicken and rice bowl, and it was so SALTY. It was like just eating salt. Disgusting. Doesn’t help that there is a new face every time you go there. I am not paying 15 dollars a bowl for salt.

Stood in line for 30 minutes as our food got cold. Food tasted fine, but by the time they finished the prepped food it was cold. Additionally, had to wait for them to cook onions and they “used their last box of mushrooms” that night and had no more. Our food didn’t get cold waiting on onions, it was from wwaiting for them to get it together. They had one mode–slow.
