Customer service is horrible. Grease is regularly burnt nowadays it makes the food taste horrible. They don’t mind serving frozen fries. Cole slaw is watered down with a pink tint to it. Food over cooked and burnt. Not including the frozen fries of course they just decided to serve those out the freezer. And when its time to takes ownership the manager makes all type of excuses and has trouble apologizing. To top it all off the place hasn’t been remodeled in forever it’s a S*** hole. I will never spend another dime at this location. Good luck eating here.

This is on of the worst customer service restaurants in Taylorsville ! Maybe if they had adults working there instead of all kids the orders might be done correctly. Also always seem to be out of sides but won’t substitute but what they want you to have. So it’s take what they want you to have or nothing and charge you the same price. I will not be coming back here anymore . 3 times it’s been messed up .. so 3 strikes YOUR OUT. It’s sad because there isn’t any competition . After I posted the above on my way home, I have to add that the food was horrible. I think they cooked it in old grease or recooked already cooked food. The fish was good. All the other food, clams , fries hush puppies and onion rings all went to the Dogs.

Fish was good. Onion ring were a pile of mush. Hushpuppies were hard as a rock. Bread was stale. Ask for tauter sauce which u should get automatic because your at a fish place ,but didn’t get any. Thanks

Have shown up several times during advertised business hours and no one waits on me. Can see cars parked in back and people moving in back but they don’t respond to you pulling up at drive thru. Happened again yesterday. Woman in car in front of me pulled up to window and laid on horn, but no one would come to window.

The workers was nice and food was hot. The place smelled wonderful. The fish was alot smaller than it used to be though. Love the new decor at this store but the net was missing .. And not the neatest paint job . great experience overall

Recently, I stopped in and ordered a family deal and paid close to $50 for it. While I found the size of the fish pieces ample, everything else was not. The sides that come with it are barely 2 teaspoonsful. That’s the company’s fault. However, I was shorted 4 hushpuppies (of the 8 I was to get) and that’s the employees’ fault. This has happened twice in as many purchases. They have a sign posted that it’s up to customers to make sure they get everything; I disagree. It’s the employees’ job to do their own work properly. The restaurant never looks busy. Perhaps the ridiculously high prices and the “couldn’t care less” attitude of the employees has something to do with it.

Food was okay but the staff was very unprofessional as the customers in the dining area could clearly hear the horseplay among the staff in the back and some very inappropriate jokes and their references as to what the food looked like, and they had no cocktail sauce. How does s seafood restaurant run out of cocktail sauce with a grocery store 150 yards away?

Waited in drive thru for 35 minutes only for food to be burnt, sides to be cold, and half the order to be missing. Manager advised “Sorry” when complained and offered no apology or future assistance. It will be a cold day before I waste $50 here again. Drive the 45 minutes and go to Mike Linnings.

It’s not bad for a fast food fish joint. The fries were kinda soggy but the sandwich and hush puppies were pretty good. I had never had one and I would stop in there again.

Consistently good food. Service wasn’t bad or good, just service. Restaurant had some dirty tables, trash in the floor, no napkins in the holders. We eat there every month or so because the fish is so good. Hot and fresh.
