I went here on a weekday at lunch time. I was met with a very rude staff. On the receipt it said Roy checked me out, but a girl that was also running the drive thru waited on me. She was not the friendliest person by far and when I asked her name and the guy who was at the prep line she said she couldn’t tell me. The reason I was asking about the guy I later found out was Roy, was because he threw my food on the counter obviously showing his discontent of being there. I said very little and really just observed the unhealthy atmosphere. I was picking up the food for someone so I can’t say how it tasted. I would not recommend going to this Taco Bell with a staff that acted this rudely towards their customers.

They were extra friendly today, the line was a little slower, but the woman taking the orders and at the window, was EXTREMELY nice and explained that they had some new people training, even gave us some coupons to make up for it. Hope others see how friendly they are being despite the challenges! Tacos looked great, good job to the newbys too!!
