Great experience! As soon as I walked through the doors I was greeted by Vanessa who was very pleasant throughout our entire visit. Our server Kayla was on top of it and handled our (probably uncommon) food requests and accommodated entirely! Everybody was very professional, food came out quickly and was delicious! Vanessa introduced us to the general manager Jourdyn just so we had another face to recognize when we go back. Overall very positive dining experience and highly recommended!

Shout out to Powell Millstone. The staff are all nice and accommodating, food is reasonably priced and tastes great. There are always new drinks/specials.
Cooks: zak, John, etc, MAKE AMAZING FOOD.
Servers: Lexi, Kayla, etc, always do their absolute best to make sure customers are taken care of and leaving with fully belly’s and a smile on their face.
Management: Jourdyn/Vanessa. Will do anything and everything to keep you and your family/friends coming back. From being on their hands and knees scrubbing the floors, to jumping in the kitchen to help out with food or dishes, to jumping in with the servers on a busy night. They do it all. And do it good.
I highly recommend this place, food/drinks/staff are all worth it. I promise you, if you happen to get them on a bad day, don’t forget about second chances, it WILL be worth it!:)

Millstone is a 10/10. Always reliable. Always affordable. Always delicious. Want to watch the game with a buddy? Millstone. Want to take the kids somewhere they’ll be entertained and actually eat the food? Millstone. Tired of the Ole Lady complaining about sup-par service? Go to millstone. If you’re looking for a place that’s versatile and reliable, enjoyable for all ages, that has an expectational staff, and won’t break the bank then look no further than Millstone. Checks all the boxes, fills all the tummies.

I do like the club sandwich. Not today. I got greasy, soggy fries, specified no tomatoes. Got tomatoes and a wad of meat is piled in the center, so all bread around the crust. $10 Mac and cheese I should have just made at home.

There are spectacular things about this place and then there’s the absolute worst things about this place.

Let’s start with the spectacular, and honestly most important thing… the food.

We ordered pepperoni rolls and a build your own pizza. Everything was fresh and hot and tasted great. The pizza is better than national chains and was very cheesy with plenty of sauce. Good enough to even chow down the crust. If you’re in the area and want a great place to eat in a nice clean environment, Millstone is your place.

The service was also good and the staff quite friendly and attentive.

Now… the worst. One of the selling points of this place is the arcade. So, yes. Technically an arcade is in the building. They have air hockey, hoops, and some skill based games. They all had power and lights and appeared to be functional.

However, none of them actually worked. To play these games you need tokens. The token machine worked great! So we started off with the air hockey. The puck wasn’t the best but it did the job enough to find some entertainment. Then we moved over to the hoops game. One of them had deflated balls. The machine I used, the balls were stuck and wouldn’t drop.

Next to the game we found some tokens on the ground and thought “score! Free tokens!” So we used them on another game but the controls didn’t do anything. Then we moved to another and the controls did something but the response mechanism didn’t do anything. Then we tried it on another game and it did absolutely nothing but take the tokens.

We had about a dozen tokens left and went back to the air hockey table. That’s when we found out it has a timer of like 4 minutes. We couldn’t properly finish our last two games. That’s when we decided to leave the stack of tokens we got for the next sap who wants to waste their time and has aggravation and frustration to spare.

If you’re going for the food, then have at it. You won’t be disappointed. If you’re going for any type of fun… don’t even bother.

Was in with my family in the evening to eat and our food was horrible wait staff bad and the woman Vanessa was rude and always talking with another coworker Jordyn about another employee and loud enough where I could hear who they were and what they were saying. Very unprofessional and the place is dirty they hang on there phones. I will absolutely never be back and they should be terminated. I would never have someone like that representing my business.

Arrived at the restaurant with my family from out of town for dinner at 7:45pm, upon arriving we got seated right away and were excited to watch the Pokes game. When asked what we like to drink our first two beverage choices were out understanding we chose are 3rd option. We were then interested in trying out the arcade but upon investigation it had been shut down without any notice or sign at 8:00pm.We ordered appetizers and got these promptly, however we were rushed to order our main course. We requested a gluten free burger, the pepperoni rolls and the buffalo chicken sub. at this point we noticed they were shutting down the bar at 7:55ish seemed a bit premature especially because we wanted another drink. Upon asking for another drink we got a dirty look from the bartender but got our second drink. Upon getting our food we noticed the bun was not gluten free, and we had not been informed that the fries were not gluten free as well. They simply transferred the ingredients on the burger instead of making a new one and subbed out the fries for a salad which was appreciated. Our waitress then brought us the bill and felt rushed out of the restaurant overall the service felt lack luster and that we were rushed through our dinner all though we should up an hour and fifteen minutes before closing.

So I’m giving it 3 stars because 1, the food was ok(but the draft beer is great) and 2 the staff is hit or miss…
We actually visited on Fri 4/2/21 and our waitress was AMAZING!!! I’m kinda upset I didn’t get her name cause she was just awesome, great customer service skills, very friendly, all around awesome! Then we went again on Tuesday 4/6/21 and the service was terrible. Either our waitress was new or she just didn’t want to serve us and it showed…she didn’t brig plates out with the appetizers, we weren’t even half way finished with our meals and she was ready to bring to-go boxes and check us out. I thought maybe they were getting ready to close, but it was 2hrs away from closing time. I finally had to tell her that we weren’t ready. When we were ready to check out she came back and asked if we wanted to charge the cash and the rest on the card. I had to tell her that was her tip, she turned red and walked away. She didn’t say anything as we were leaving no thank you come back again, nada.
On a positive note the Wasatch Apricot Hefeweizen is really good! It smells peachy and sweet and tastes great, the Stout on the other hand was not my favorite it had a root beer taste…not for me!
