I used to absolutely love the food here but for some reason everything has changed starting about a month or so ago. Ordered food for 2 people and was told there would be a roughly 45 minute wait that somehow turned into 2 full hours. Then the food was lukewarm at best & what used to have good flavor has turned very bland and almost flavorless.

So, I’m trying with this place. It’s near my work and much cheaper than MHOP, so I’ve gone here several times lately and ordered different things. But each time, something’s wrong. The bread for the subs is always very chewy. The meatball sub just tastes… weird. Another time, I ordered a ham and cheese sub with onions and peppers. I received ham (no cheese), onions, and pickles. Then, most recently, and worst of all, the cheese had gone bad on my chicken caesar wrap. I think I’m done here after 4 tries.

I only gave 4* for the food because I’ve only been able to have limited type so I haven’t experienced a lot of food there yet. I’m sure 5* when I do. I really like the people at milano’s. I haven’t eaten an awful lot there but what I have had was good and I would absolutely order again.

I normally get either pizza or a sandwich and they are quite good. Tonight I was however in the mood for pasta, thinking to myself sure it’ll be good and homemade. That couldn’t have been further from the truth, it tasted like a can of spaghetti o’s and was lukewarm. DO NOT GET PASTA HERE. Pasta amore is much better and only a few miles away.

Average pizza at a reasonable price. Staff is very busy but friendly. The owner does not allow tipping when paying with a card which bothers me a bit. Bring cash for a tip !

First time ordering, ordered for delivery and took them about 2 hours to get a simple 3 item order ready: pasta, fries, and wings. The pasta with meatballs was horrible, and the fries were super soggy. The wings were meh. Never again.
