Stopped by the Alton Food hall for the first time yesterday. As I walked around this amazing restaurant caught my attention. I saw they served fresh Caribbean food a true Miami classic. A much needed Caribbean fusion place in Miami. I got the jerk salmon bowl and it was some of the best salmon I’ve ever had. Perfectly seasoned and not over cooked. All the sides were freshly prepared and complimented the salmon. Definitely going back!

Come here for food made with love! Owners Junior and Greg are amazing. They’re cooking up lots of flavor, color, and healthier options that left us feeling satisfied and happy! I ordered the Power Bowl with shrimp, veggies, rice/beans, and fried plantain. Probably the best tostone I’ve had in miami! You can tell the plantain was hand-smashed and made fresh.. impressive!
