We have been driving all day and came to Wendy’s to eat on our way through town. This Wendy’s is out of ranch dressing of all things, in fact the only sauces they had are honey mustard and sweet and sour. They were also out of large cups, medium Lids were not stocked, trash was overflowing and the soda machine had something wrong with it which took it an eternity to fill your stupid drink. And they frankly seemed annoyed that we showed up at all, as there was nobody inside and for employees just sitting around talking at the tables.

This has to be the slowest Wendy’s in the world. We waited literally 25 minutes in the drive thru with only two cars in front of us at time of order. Absolutely ridiculous. We didn’t order much.

Was here at 7:03. Did not leave until 7:29. HORRIBLE STAFF. I was here to pickup two doordash orders and it was not even super busy. They had me wait the longest and did not even care. They left the front unattended most of the time and the workers would not even acknowledge the customers or myself. They were loudly burping in the back which makes me feel like the food has a bunch of germs. They were also screaming SPIDER telling each other to kill a spider. I do not recommend anyone to go to this location. The staff is inconsiderate and horrible and this place needs to go under new management and change most of their employees. Literally just drive further to a different Wendys and you will get your food faster.

I guess some of the previous reviews were completely accurate about this Wendy’s. The smell of old grease or oil is what greets you as you enter. That was the only greeting we received. No one ever came to the counter to take our order. After waiting a few minutes, we called out to see if our order could be taken. A female voice from the back yelled out to give her a couple of minutes. Seems like they’re busy, but no attention given to customers at the counter. So we left. Wendy’s………..

So I really can’t say the food was bad because I never got my food. If you are looking for a fast food fix skip this Wendy’s. There have been multiple bad experiences at this store. There are plenty of fast food choices right around this wendys. Plus don’t go in and order if you have to go because drive thru is a priority at this store. Walk in you may wait 5 minutes to get a cashier. Don’t bother asking for a manager because the one I asked to talk to was so rude. But she was also yelling at the kids working there also. I know it is hard to get help but yelling at employees in front of customers is not good.

The store was very filthy they had a soda machine that had broke that they didn’t mop up there was no wet signs on the floor and everybody’s feet were sticky We had a half cooked meal their other customers that got French fries that weren’t done they order large and it got small. All of the trash cans were full and we couldn’t put our trash in seriously because we had to push our hand down to get our trash in. And it was dirty behind the counter squished ketchup packets that they have stepped on and didn’t clean up, this Wendy’s at the corner of Marks Street and sunset we were glad we didn’t get . The store is one of the dirtiest I’ve seen in the whole town of Henderson Nevada.

To start, Employee was standing outside the entry way yelling on the phone, standing in the way and smoking. Inside had several people sitting in booths with a bunch of what looked like garbage bags full of ? and some sleeping as well. Food was good enough but not worth going back. Wendys is usually decent but I think I’ll just pass on wendys for now on.

By saying there are NO 4 for 4s but there ARE biggie bag options is a flat out lie!! The only difference from a 4 for 4 and a biggie bag are the extra sandwich options cause both come with a Jr burger. Then after getting our “Biggie Bag meals” they didn’t want to give us our nuggets that comes with the Biggie bags. Management supposed to manage and ALSO KNOW the menu items.
