Not only is the service rude and they are the most slowest fast food chain ../The food is un edible. I’ve never seen this Kind of service and food handling it is disgusting and it’s basically they’re giving you dog food. The food was un edible and I had stickers and plastic in my chili. I visited this Wendy’s on Sunset @ Mark’s St, and for the first time of all the times I have been coming here, the food was not good at all. They would not give me a refund. I am almost embarrassed to say that Wendy’s is one of my favorite Fast Food Restaurants to eat at. Almost embarrassed. Anyway heed my warning check the food before consuming the food.

I ordered a brownie batter frosty. They gave me this instead. I told them that this looks like strawberry, not brownie batter. The guy at the drive thru claimed that the brownie batter flavor was at the bottom, but from this photo, you can clearly tell that the entire thing is strawberry. He offered to remake it, but then rolled his eyes at me when I said yes.

Dont order pickup online i have had 6 cars order and grab their food before I got mine. They prioritize the drive ups over the person who ordered ahead. If I didnt already pay id drive away. Last time Wendy’s gets my money. He said he will bring my food out in 3 mins its been 8.

Good experience my order was wrong the last time but the manager on duty Richard did his best and make sure that they were fresh and accommodated me 100% I feel he deserves recognition because people don’t get recognition when they do good things for people or replace your order with no problem thank you kindly Richard from Wendy’s on Mark and Sunset for some reason, I can’t write another review So I’m gonna add to this one Daniel was very Courteous anytime there’s a problem this particular store fixes your order without a problem without question I think that’s amazing. I’m always prepared that my receipt available but again they take care of you. They need recognition here more at this store so if I can give 10 stars I would thank you Daniel and thank you to the team at Wendy’s on Sunset in Mark.

I don’t know what happened to this place, but it’s gone downhill. Waited eight minutes to order and the drive through line and then had to repeat the order.When I got to the window, because the guy apparently didn’t put it in the system. I then ordered one of their limited edition frosties, and he said nothing. But took the money and then gave me a regular frosty and told me they were out of the other kind. Not coming back here again.

Soooo, my Son used GrubHub or something to get an order of their BBQ SAUCY NUGGS delivered/plus fries and a drink ….. (It cost $24.96 incl., the delivery B.S. and such.)
The NUGGS were burnt or recooked or something.
I showed back up at the Wendy’s and dealt with Miss Mariah (Brand new and lovely and polite. Asked me if I’d like a beverage. She sincerely apologize for the previous order.)
That’s how great Customer Service works.
They replaced the chicken, son said they were amazingly tasty!!!
They get 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for no hassle and total respectful service!!!

Ordered four chicken sandwiches. We were the only people in the drive-through. Was asked to pull forward waited over 10 minutes. We were told we had to pay to get a ranch sauce and they cost extra, Got our food: french fries were cold and they didn’t even get the order for the potatoes right. Gave us something else on the menu instead. They also wrapped the spicy chicken sandwich with a normal wrapper and a regular sandwich with the spicy rapper.
