Mi(mē) in our name Mi Kitchen means Taste, Beauty and Rice in many Asian languages including Korean. In our Kitchen, our goal is to deliver the taste and uniqueness of Asian food with quality, service, and a good vibe. Mi Kitchen, we put modern into a new style of Korean food. Absolutely loved almost everything about Mi Kitchen!!
Only thing for me is sitting right on top of someone else. For me it’s distracting and uncomfortable. That’s me though.
Soon as the food started coming out some of that drifted away!

I recently tried this amazing Asian fusion spot, and honestly, I’m still thinking about it. The flavors are absolutely insane — every single dish was better than the one before.
The beef taco is beyond delicious, I can’t even describe how good it was. Perfectly seasoned, juicy, and packed with flavor. And the poke? Unreal. Fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced.
Everything we ordered was a hit. Not a single disappointment. It’s officially my new favorite place, and I already can’t wait to go back.

Mi Kitchen is hands down our favorite restaurant in Franklin and has been for the last two years. Every visit feels like a little celebration, and this most recent lunch was no exception. From fish to veggies to pork, steak, and chicken, every single dish on the lunch menu was perfectly executed and full of flavor.
The K Pop chicken is always a must-order, insanely crispy with that addictive sweet and spicy sauce, and the donburi and steak are rich, comforting, and beautifully balanced. The hamachi crudo is bright and fresh, and the oyster mushroom small plate with crispy root vegetable chips, tangy sauce, and crumbled cheese is such a fun, savory surprise that really shows how thoughtful and modern their take on Asian tapas is.
Their bread pudding deserves its own shoutout – it is genuinely the best bread pudding I have ever had. The addition of chocolate chips takes it over the top and makes it absolutely irresistible; it’s the perfect way to end the meal.
On top of the incredible food, the staff is excellent. Service is warm, attentive, and consistent, and it means so much to see the same familiar faces on each visit – that says a lot about how well this place is run and how much pride they take in what they do. We have never once been disappointed here and will keep coming back again and again. Highly, highly recommend Mi Kitchen to anyone looking for fantastic food, great vibes, and a team that truly cares.

We made a reservation for 5pm on Saturday. We were seated promptly. The food was amazing!!!! We enjoyed just about everything we received. The only reason I gave 4 ⭐️ for service was because we arrived and were told that there was a happy hour at the bar. We said we would like a regular table. We were still sat in the bar are with no happy hour. I feel like there should be a discount for the low top tables as they are literally in the bar area. I will say, the table we were seated at was really small. We had a lot of plates and no where for them to go.
The food was amazing! The K pop chicken was my fave! The dumplings were…..different. The beef taco…top tier! Broccoli Rabe….. ehhhhhh not my fav. The adult beverages weee really good! Mi cucumber was so good and refreshing. The steak was a bit overcooked (medium well instead of medium rare), but still ok. The popcorn shrimp was really different, but good! Overall, I will definitely be back!

This place was OUTSTANDING! I cannot recommend this place enough! My friend and I shared multiple dishes (tapas style) and all of them were incredible. This is a hidden gem. Lilly and Nestor were so wonderful! We will definitely be back next time we are in the Franklin area! YUM!

The food here was great! Tapas style so the small plates are great for sharing to sample different plates. If you were to order one thing off the menu I would 100% recommend the K-pop chicken! The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was quick!

Valentine’s dinner. Himachi Crudo was phenomenal. Cauliflower and japchae were also very good.
Waiter named Jean was knowledgeable and friendly and helpful.
The ambiance is a bit too loud and rustic, which is surprising since the food is so so good. But still a 5-star place overall.

Food here is amazing and hits the spot, but portion sizes are small as its a tapas style restaurant. Me and my buddy got the plantain goat cheese, glass noodles, udon chili noodles, steak, beef tartar, bacon risotto, beef and chicken tacos. All were great and what exceeded my expectations were the udon, glass noodles and beef tartar(not pictured as I was too focused on eating them up). Definitely recommend if you’re on a date night to try various of their dishes til youre full.

Had a business lunch there yesterday. Was surprised when I opened the door, cause it’s just in a strip center with hair Salon, but once inside it was absolutely full blown full service restaurant no signs of fast food…Unless you just measure how quickly they had our first round of tapas on the table.
our servers name was Nestor, terrific guy originally from Lima, Peru. He spoke several languages, very knowledgeable about the restaurant and the food and the strategic plan, I just assumed he was the owner, but he was not. Surely he was at least the manager because he had next level knowledge and interest in the success of that business.
Will definitely be going back just to make sure that first visit wasn’t a fluke… Ha!
