Usually reliable and good, however I went in a couple days ago and I noticed that there was a sheet of grease more than what I think would be typical it was like a lake and seeped through the cardboard box. I ate 3 pieces and got a bad stomach ache afterwards. My wife did too. We ordered 2 pizzas and threw them both out. Might be an off night but really did not sit well. Taste was off too…

Dine in here, you wont regret it! Although they dont still have a buffet like they used to the food is cooked to order and comes to you hot! Better then waiting for delivery. Plus the atmosphere is calm, comfortable and cozy. The staff was friendly as well but I could tell they must not get a lot of people eating in these days. I highly recommend trying it. On a side note the menu for dinning in doesnt have prices so if you are on a budget ask or use caution when ordering. Besides that I have zero complaints. Great job!

Great food And a great staff orders are always on time and the staff is super friendly. I’m a semi driver and after dinner.They don’t mind if I crash overnight in the parking lot. Make sure you talk to the manager and don’t leave. your trash. Every time i’m in g r , this is my go to.

Maybe understaffed but still poor service. Driver was pulled over on my street. He marked it delivered and was with the cops over 30m. Why he didn’t call the store to tell them to fire one out asap is beyond me, but no he marked it as delivered. Gets stopped. Marks delivered. I call to cancel and they say its delivered, 40m later he’s at my door. At least they refunded me. Had a good run but no more pizza hut for us.

Went inside to eat, only 2 workers. We were waited on right away. Got 2 individual 9″ pizzas and breadsticks. The breadsticks were delicious tasting and a light crunch. Pizzas were the meat lovers and a supreme. Lot’s of toppings and a good flavor. We had the whole place to ourselves and received friendly service.

we had to wait for a server to arrive and it was 5pm. our meals were served to us in cardboard take out boxes instead of plates. we had to ask for plates so we could eat our breadsticks. i ordered a personal pizza and it came folded in half with the sauce in a cup on the side.

Ordered a pizza that came out to about 17/18 bucks. Pizza Hut, the least amount of cheese I’ve ever seen on a pizza for ordering and paying for extra cheese. Also came out incredibly burnt and crispy. They did offer to remake it, but at that point, I didn’t trust having it remade would not recommend this location, this has happened before, and this time it was ordered by mistake as I thought I was ordering from the other location. I wish there was a way to completely block this location on the app

Awful service, awful pizza. I don’t know how many times I’ve ordered from here and I live at the apartments across the street literally, and I’ve never had a good delivery. My pizza is always UNDERCOOKED and SOGGY. Not mention cold when it gets here. Rude service. This is why nobody orders Pizza Hut at this quality when dominos is down the street for a better price. Save your time.

Dont ever get your pizza here
IT WILL ALWAYS BE RAW IN THE CENTER!!!
The last few times I ordered out here, they blamed it on delivery circumstances…
I respected that they only had one driver, so I decided to just order for pick up this time.
It’s expensive to eat, and spending your last $15-$25 to pick a pizza up to feed your family!!
They refused to answer their phones as well, I had to be routed to “customer service” simply asking that the pizza be cooked at least 5-10 minutes longer, that’s it!!
I get to the store to pick up after only 10minutes after ordering… suspiciously quick. I ask to see the pizza and the short stubby lady (25-35yrs old) wanted to say she hopes it’s not raw because they’re not gonna recook it. In the process of telling them we tried to call and leave a note for it she laughed with another kid in the back and had him shut all the lights off in the store. I accepted the pizza since they REFUSED to throw it in longer… I simply asked for a split payment half cash and half card, and this rude cashier wanted to say “oh you make my head hurt” the kid in the back thought it was sooo funny. Honestly very harassing, I felt robbed.
Update: customer service finally forwarded the call to the store manager “Evelyn” who ironically is the rude one who refused to finish cooking the pizza. Laughed on the phone again talking to her coworkers like this is a joke and completely ignored our complaint, and didn’t care what was to be said, personally not someone who should be in power. Shame on this location, childish and makes everyone who works here look bad.
TAKE A STAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! Just ridiculous.

Worst experience in dining I’ve had in years! Went to 28th location first but they only do carry out;so went to 44th st.
From The moment we walked in to 44th St location until we left it was horrible. We got there and stood waiting to be seated in an Empty restaurant (1 other table there) for at least 15 min. The lady stared and ignored the whole time and did not acknowledge us..And had a terrible attitudes. Awkward standing there..finally we got our table and ordered. Our meal got to our table and was missing items a kids pizza and bread sticks and sauce which came 15 minutes after the rest of food. At the end of our meal we dined in for)We asked for a to go box and check and she never returned with either. We walked our food to counter and asked for to go box and a split bill. She didn’t know how to do that..seemed annoyed and had an whole attitude about that. The lady who split the bill also unplesant and acted perturbed about splitting the bill: which they didnt even ask us about. This was the most frustrating experience ever had. Terrible attitudes, poor customer service and mediocre cold wings.
We were irritated but polite and patient the whole time (because I was honestly afraid of what they would do to our food)I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND this location EVER! Terrible experience From beginning to end.
I have been in the food industry for 20 plus years and love customers service and the industry and have deep respect for it. But this was a first for me. Worst experience.
However; I ordered pizza and wings for delivery from 2200 Alpine Ave NW Walker, Mi location 2 days ago (which is why I tried it again today with my family) and had an amazing experience from ordering, to quality and freshness of food, to speedy delivery and great personable driver. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND the Alpine location and will be ordering from there. Loved the food, speed of service and lovely driver.
