What counts here is the food. Consistently delicious and lots of it. The prices have skyrocketed but so have they everywhere. I gave “service” 4 stars because a few times I have left without something I had ordered. I gave “atmosphere” 3 stars because it’s much too small and busy there to eat. Mediterranean Express is really a take-out place. Closed on Sundays.

Ordered a medium Greek salad with the dressing on the side and a rice pudding.. was so looking forward to the salad.. when I got home there was no Greek dressing so now we know the salad is ruint because I live 6 miles away and the rice pudding was like water… I have never tasted something so bad in my life .. when I buy Greek food it is usually delicious…. I called just about the salad dressing and got an attitude, just wanted to let them know to be careful on the next order then I opened my rice pudding and became extremely… I will not go back there or recommend them to anyone ever again…

Ample portions of beef and lamb on a gyro for less than $10. This small restaurant only has a handful of tables so if you plan to dine in, don’t bring a group.

I’ve been craving Greek. I tried it a few times and didn’t want to come back because customer service is not so good. Always rude when you question anything. But I figured let’s give it another try. As it been a while. So Ordered gyro platter good portion but chunks of tomato.and the yogurt sauce is spicy. Also got chicken kebab platter, huge blocks of meat and it was super spicy. Why was the chicken spicy.… no point in calling to complain because the lady is just gonna be rude anyway. Won’t be going back sadly.

Not sure what’s happened, but our salads last night were terrible! We’ve been ordering from there for years as they’ve always had the best Greek around. Our chicken Greek salads were half the usual size with soggy lettuce as if they were in fridge overnight with dressing. And the dressing was watery, not their usual which I normally love so much that I’ve gone in past just to purchase on its own. Very disappointing
