This was such a nice experience. The employees who helped me seemed like they were in high school or early years in college, gaining customer service experience. They were both so willing, and helpful towards me.
The order took about 5 minutes, and it was so tasty! I ordered a hot sandwich, the bread was soft and warm, the meat was juicy and tender. It wasn’t busy during my visit around 7pm. Definitely recommend a visit here.

The first time I tried their steak & cheese sandwich it was awesome! Second and third time, bad. Today I ordered my usual steak & cheese with: White Bread ∙ Side Pickle ∙ Banana Peppers ∙ Bell Peppers ∙ Hot Peppers ∙ Lettuce ∙ Olives ∙ Provolone ∙ Steak ∙ Caramelized Onions ∙ Caramelized Peppers ∙ Deli Mustard ∙ Mayo ∙ Sautéed Mushrooms.

I wish I had a car so I could march over there and tell them to do it right!!! It makes me literally fume!!! Their sandwiches are good…if they can ever make them as ordered. Thankfully, GrubHub refunded my money…again.
This will be my last time to ever order anything from Firehouse Subs again. I wish I could get delivery for Italian Delight, their cheese steak sandwiches are the best in my opinion!!

So I was asked if I would like to round up to the nearest dollar and that the money goes to local first responders. I said absolutely because I support our first responders. After i accepted and paid I was told by Devon that 5% goes to first responders. I then replied with, well where dose the other 95% go? Devon mentioned to us and that they need to make money too! Don’t you already make money off the cost of goods you sell. I will never eat at this establishment again and I hope none of you do either. It’s a sad scheme to get rich. I also paid 13 dollars for bread because there is nothing on this sandwich.

Update: I was sad to see that prices increased and portions decreased. My last visit marked my last time ordering here. Not worth it any more.
I really love this spot for a yummy sub. Friendly staff, clean feel, easy location to access. Parking is great. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Join their club and earn free sandwiches. Enjoy!

Got here right when they opened & the two workers behind the counter were very sweet & also really helpful! The receipt had no validation code for my survey & both the man & woman went out their way to help me try to find the code unfortunately we couldn’t find it but that’s okay! Service was great, very friendly & they put my sandwich together quick! Thank you guys!

Pro Tip: Their sizes are misleading. A small is like super small child size. A medium is a regular and a large is like a extra large. Shop is clean and staff was helpful.
