Normally, the staff is super friendly, and it’s a decent experience, but this morning, the cashier/ drive-thru order take was just straight up rude and unhelpful. While I was waiting for my order, I heard she had parked someone simply to make them wait . She had a red polo shirt, so I hope someone like that isn’t a lead or a manager and definitely shouldn’t be the face of the restaurant

If you’re hoping for a shake or smoothie, Don’t come to this place. Their machine has been broken for more than two months! Each visit, they tell me “it’s not available at the moment” save yourself some time and disappointment.

They are literally the worst crew of workers. The quality of the food is trash because they either burn or undercook everything and they NEVER give you the correct items. Just save your money and go ANYWHERE else. I have ordered a coffee 4 separate times and got a chocolate milkshake or a sprite and they never get the order correct.

Walked in to pick up a door dash order at 7:14. Not one associate approached me as I waited by the counter. 7:16 I was told it was still being made. 7:31 and my order is still not ready. If I can rate lower than 1 star I would.

at night the drive thru wait time is absurd; you’ll sit there 10+ mins before they even take your order and then they always say they are cash only, you can’t use your app and won’t give you a receipt. it seems pretty sus to me like the night crew is pocketing $.

Makes 3-4 calls to get them on the phone and they are very rude when they answer. Tmive ordered a coffee 4 different tines and have either gotten ice cream or a sprite. When she told me why she said her coffee machine is broken. So your coffee machine has been broken for 3 weeks? Lazy work ethic.

Waited at the counter for ten minutes trying to get the attention of the employees. My order sat just out of reach for the entirety of the time and was cold. Employees were so focused on the drive thru that the ignored the lobby completely. Very poor experience as my family and I can’t afford to eat out much and we got cold food.

Alexandria one of the managers working not only put her finger in my face when speaking to me, was yelling at me while I’m asking to speak with a different manager. She lied to me said she was the only manager on shift. I know that managers wear blue shirts so I told her that then she said oh well she is busy.
