I have attached images of what is supppsed to be a hot honey McCrispy sandwich. What I received is slop topped with what appears to be crumbled, gray bacon. I didn’t eat it, of course, and had every intention of returning it the following morning, on my way to a work event, but I forgot it in the refeigerator. I have since thrown it away.
I completed the survey and shared my concern about the condition of that sandwich. I also left a complaint on the McDonalds website. This was January 23rd.
The franchise owner just responded to my concern this morning, about the gray bacon on my sandwich.
I wouldn’t send anyone to this location other than the county health dept.

Food and service are consistently phenomenal here, with friendly employees and speedy service always as well. It is an exceptionally run location, especially by McDonalds standards. Always a hassle free lunch break here

I went to McDonald’s on Monte Vista in Vacaville. Remodeled nicely. They were busy, but still had someone mopping the dining room. As like all the fast food places, they have switched over to kiosks. I wanted to pay cash since my card got hacked, so was glad someone spoke to me. I try to order from the discount menu, since prices have doubled for food. Food was good. Wished the fries were fresh, but at least not cold. I will be back when I have another “Big Mac attack”.

Honestly, this McDonald’s always hits the spot. The service is super chill but fast, my order’s always right, and the fries are always fresh. I stopped by after work and the crew member Ian was super friendly as usual, the place was clean, and my iced coffee was perfect. Solid vibes all around — definitely one of the better McDonald’s spots in the area!

Dont see why certain people complain about the food? Whenever I go it’s always fresh and well made. Never had any problems with the food. The customer service is also helpful too. Obviously when it’s very busy they can’t help everyone but when they get the opportunity they will serve you. Also the bathrooms are alway clean. There be certain Mcdonald stores that their bathrooms be messy but this one is always keeping the restaurant clean for everyone

This place was a straight-up mess. I waited forever for my food while being the only customer there at night. The short young red haired girl behind the counter looked like she couldn’t care less — just standin’ around talkin’. I ain’t drivin’ all the way out here again for that kinda nonsense! I believe people should prioritize their work before personal matters.

This particular McDonald’s might be the best one on the planet. The food here is always fresh beyond the point of nice. It’s stunning. I don’t normally like McDonald’s food but this is a reason for us fast food skeptics to reconsider.

I bought 2 mac chicken sandwich and they given me cold sandwich and i asked to give me another one and your employee jasel he doesn’t know how to speak with the customer , he said you have to pay again or you can leave from this place, you guys don’t obey Customer they pay for their food, but you guys giving cold food to the customer and then you show attitude later on one of the employee Jasel he don’t know how to speak and in front of me one DoorDash employee came to pick the food. The guy he told him I will not give her food to you. I will call somebody else to pick the food. I don’t know what the problem this guy have with every customer.

Good luck with this location, I’ve gone there many times and about 9 times out of 10 they will mess up your order. Whether it’s giving you the wrong drink or a burger when you ordered nuggets. They just can’t seem to get it right
