I have been to many McDonald’s over the years, but I have never seen one like this! This was, by far, the best McDonald’s I have ever been to. It was extremely clean and modern. You could order yourself or use the self order touch screens. Our food came out relatively quickly. There were five of us in our party. Everyone agreed our food was the best we had had at a McDonald’s. Whatever they are doing at this location, they need to mirror it at other locations!

After four hours of driving I needed a break, some gas and a meal. All three of these were accomplished here. The staff were friendly and the food was fresh plus a clean restaurant made this one of the best stops on this long trip.

Christina is a very friendly manager. I placed an order on my phone, but there was something wrong with the app and she quickly solved it for me. I’m quite satisfied eating at this McDonald’s.

It’s the most well known and trafficked fast food restaurant for a reason – it’s consistent, it’s relatively cheap and it’s everywhere. This location served up fresh burgers that were started after we ordered (a good thing!), alongside cold drinks and yummy shakes. Will be back at this location on the next road trip.

Every time I come to this McDonald’s. They forget something and one time I came I got my burgers, but 3 large fries and a medium French fry were missing and they were acting like I was lying and treating me like i was a liar. I was completely disappointed. This place is right next to my house but I won’t be coming to this location ever again to many times they forget something and then they take forever to bring out what they missed 0 stars for this location

It is what it is. Always drive thru. Not as bad as the one at Alamo and Marshall, however, where I have gotten stale buns several times. Once the manager even wanted to accuse me of waiting too long (15 minutes) to come back and complain. I’m on a 30 minute lunch break and I’m wasting time on a McDouble and I’m parked down the road, where I chose to eat my McChicken first etc. etc.

I bought 1 medium french fries and 1 large sweet tea through the McDonald’s App and used the Free Medium Fries with $1 purchase. I went to drive thru and gave my code. Then saw on the big screen my order and how much my charge is, it’s $1.08. But when I got my receipt, it showed $4.72 charge, not $1.08. I told the guy crew about it and showed him my order details on my phone in the McDonald’s App. He called his manager and the lady manager went into the window. I explained to her but all she told me is she can’t do anything about it. I showed her my order details and asked her to cancel that transaction. She told me to cancel it on the App which I don’t have any option to cancel it. I told her that it seems that you double charged me, I was billed $1.08 in the App and you charged me $4.72 on the receipt. She said I need to call the App Customer Service. She is not helpful at all. I went to the pick up window, then the lady crew didn’t know my order and I overheard her saying “I didn’t have a mobile order here” I told her, see there is something wrong with your system now. Then Christina (claims as Asst. Manager) went to the window. I showed her my order details in the App again. But she is not helpful too and kept on saying we can’t do anything about it. The $1.08 and the $4.72 charges are now pending on my credit card. I will dispute the $4.72 charge once it went through. I also called the Mc Donalds customer service yesterday, she got all the info but she cannot give me any timeframe when I can get a callback. I posted this experience for others to be aware of this branch double charging and over charging customers, especially those who are making mobile order. Ask for receipts and check your receipts ALL THE TIME! If you experienced the same thing, please let me know so we can address this issue to their Corporate office. I also checked my App now under my order history. The food ordered is there but the amount is no longer showing. Which is also fishy. Something is really not right.

I ordered fries to go (in store) there were a few other people waiting for their food but the guy just set a bag on the counter without saying anything so no one knew who’s it was. After a few minutes (no employee was at the front counter) so I checked the bag and it was my fries, now cold. This is the second time it has happened and its kinda frustrating. But I come here often, usually through the drive thru and overall it’s good.
