I usually go to this McDonald’s for my iced coffee but I will no longer be going here anymore. They need to raise their health standards because when I purchased my coffee Monday morning and went to work never did I think what happened to me that day would happen. I was a quarter into drinking my iced coffee when I saw a dark spot on my lid. I figured it was a coffee ground but opened it to make sure. To my Horror It was not a coffee ground it was a Baby COCKROACH. I was disgusted! Never again will I be a customer to this McDonald’s. Please don’t go there or take your children to this location.

I ordered curbside pick up had a big order and waited for a while had to walk in to get my order my food was cold and I wasn’t paying attention when I got home I saw all my fries were half way full. This location always forgets something I got happy meals and no drinks.

Food was typical for McDonalds. My fries and burger were both cold but still edible. If i was served those same fries any later i would not have ate them. The restaurant was very clean and the employees were all really friendly though. I most definitely will eat here again.

Missing items from order, they went to fix it and again gave me the wrong food so had to go threw that for a while explaining how its incorrect again…I use to love going to this McDonald’s but now I’m wondering what happened today. It was a simple order nothing gravy fancy.

Placed an order through the app. Went through the drive-thru quickly and was asked to wait in spot 2 for my order. The spot was taken so I parked in the next available spot. Waited for 15 minutes before going inside to ask about my order. The door was locked. Went to a different door and waited for someone to assist me. Rudely assisted by an employee. 5 minutes later I received my sloppily made, incorrect order. Had to go back inside to get sauce that I had requested 3 times. I already hate McDonald’s because they have been notorious for sloppy, disgusting food with poor attituded employees and this trip has reminded me why I refused to eat here. Unfortunately, the kids were begging for a quick bite from here on our way out of town. So much for that. Took almost 30 minutes in total and half the food was thrown out due to it being incorrect and too soggy to eat.

I used the drive-thru, I was park in front of the ordering spot for a long time before anyone got on the speaker to take my order. It was a dual point ordering drive-thru. I was there before the other vehicle but the other vehicle was placing their order before me and I still had to wait even after the other vehicle had already pull up to the paying window. Wish the person taking the order would take their job seriously and professionally. What can I say, today’s workers are not very professional even with the 15.00 minimum wage an hour they are being paid for with no skill requirements.

I went through the drive thru and i order the spicy, happy meal and i order the ranch crispy, we payed and drive up to the second window, they give me my happy meal and drinks and they made us go park in the curbside parking to get our burgers and fries and they took apromixantely 10 minutes or more and our burger came well cooked and warm but the ranch crispy burger it supposed to come with bacon but it didn’t come with it and no lettuce on it either and the fries, were very cold and didn’t have salt at all and we asked for sauces and they didn’t even put any sauces at all. I’m very disappointed. I Wouldn’t recommended.
