I’m posting this today because I’m very annoyed. I just left McDonald’s and I had enough points to cover the happy meal I ordered. But when I got the receipt,I noticed my points were gone and I got charged for the happy meal.I tried to speak to a manager but off course w.e it was didn’t want to face me. So the employee had to relay the messages between us. I asked since you deducted my points for the happy meal and still charged me for it can you give me another happy meal. But off course they said no. I would normally give McDonald’s a 5 because we always go there. But not the way these people handled the situation today. What a disappointment!!!!

Ordered through kiosk which would not accept payment then had to get in line for payment at the counter. Location refused free coke refill which I’ve never experienced, will not return to this location because of refill policy

Received two of the Sh1ttiest buttermilk chicken sandwiches. The patty was possibly two years old as the muscle fibers were so dehydrated I would have seen chicken bones of they had any. Just bear the line at In-n-Out next door.
