At 10:30 on Jan 7. I ordered some nuggets and fries and the fries was purposely over salted and the nuggets was soggy. And they was playing loud rap (which definitely wasn’t family friendly and it was all slurs). Unfortunately I don’t think they was trained properly or maybe wasn’t sober… there was a strong smell ( marijuana )……. It’s sad to see that Wendy’s isn’t the same place to get great food anymore.

The manager, John, was absolutely incredible how he took care of me so well on something that happened this week during drive through which was just a minor mishap.
They have an extremely difficult job, managing all these different employees with this location being so busy.
This manager is truly professional and rare they way he took care of me.
He definitely deserves a raise for how well he takes care of customers.
I watched him deal with a swarm of customers during the hectic lunch hour and I doubt anyone could do a better job than him.

They take FOREVER to fill orders! And then usually don’t make it to my order when I have special requests. I hate coming here bcz they consistently have a lack of employees when I ask what’s taking so long. The response I get is they are so pissed that their coworkers who continually call in don’t get fired.

Every time I go through the drive thru at this Wendy’s location it never fails to take at least 10 minutes or more to get my food. When I got my burger this past time, I had waited roughly 15 minutes to get a burger that was wasn’t even cooked properly. Safe to say I will not be returning.

Honestly I wish I could get my money back for what I ordered! I completely lost my appetite after the way I was treated today at this restaurant!… Do not come to this Wendy’s especially at night time when the manager Chris is working he is one of the most unprofessional, rudest people I have ever came across and I used to work in fast food. He was so cocky and mean to me when all I was trying to do was get my food fixed! I will be contacting corporate and I will be filling out a complaint on him!! I highly do not recommend coming to this Wendy’s ever!! I will never be returning after the way I was disrespected today!!! In all honestly his job should be looked into and he should be written up or fired for the way he is treating people!

I just ordered through the drivethrough and everyone was so nice and refreshing. It might be bc it’s finals week and I’ve been roughing it a bit, but the guy taking my order was detailed and made sure I got my drink and sauce and walked me through all the baked potatos, the guy taking my card had a very kind voice and wished me a good day, and the girl giving me my food just seemed really sweet even with all the piercings, and she smiled so big and also wished me a good day. 5 stars, I needed some good interactions today.

Make sure you check your order before you leave, they always forget at least one thing. Would not recommend eating in store, it looks very unclean. The food wasn’t even hot, fries were soggy and gross, buns were stale. I will not be ordering here again.
