First time trying potbelly. I ordered a wrap on the app and picked it up in the drive thru. I thought the wrap was good but they didn’t put 2 toppings that I requested in it. Kinda surprising knowing that the place was dead and the employees weren’t in a rush. Also the food is pretty pricey. That being said they only get 3 stars. I’ll keep trying them out and if I don’t have that kind of problem again I’ll update my review.
Update: came here a couple more times. Ordered their prime rib sandwich and a chicken sandwich. Both of them were basically all bread and had VERY little meat. It was actually pathetic. Especially the prime rib one, Had 2 or 3 small pieces of meat in the whole sandwich. I wanted to drive back and complain but it wasn’t worth the time or gas money. Also the last couple times I walked in to pick up my online order with no one in line and no one in the establishment I wasn’t acknowledged at all. I stood at the counter with 6 employees with earphones/ear buds in and couple of them on their phones that looked like they were stoned just completely ignore me. Waited literally 5 min before someone acknowledged me. Pathetic. Do better pls. It doesn’t take much to have halfway decent customer service and provide a sandwich that has at least enough protein to feed a grown adult that you charge $12 for.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a Mediterranean salad. The lettuce was slimy and old. The avocado peel was still in my salad. I needed up throwing away my salad. Very disappointing!

This is a yummy little spot. Flavors, consistency, and texture were really good (bread was a little hard, cut the roof of my mouth). Bummed they didn’t have plain banana peppers for an Italian sub. Chips were good. IBC Rootbeer is the bomb. Price is reasonable, same as any sub shop. Customer service was OK. Overall, good experience.

Idk how I can order online and they tell me to pull up to the front, I wait there for 10 mins but then I walk in and someone who JUST ordered for their sandwich before me before someone could walk outside and bring me my stuff. It was sitting there for 12 mins. This is the first time you guys have ever treated me this way and now idk if I’ll be back. What the hell was that. I’m on my 30 min lunch break and now don’t even get to eat it because of your mistake. And then the manager was just sitting there doing nothing about it. Also ridiculously overpriced.
