Paid over $50 on app and no food! Used the app because I thought it would be faster and convenient for a larger order. Credit card was charged and email receipt sent. When I got to the the restaurant, app would not let me enter my parking spot #, so I went inside the restaurant to pick up. Manager said they didn’t have my order because I hadn’t checked-in on the app, but app won’t let me check-in! After over half hour of waiting and back and forth, showing her the app and the email receipt confirming payment, she said there was nothing she could do and that was it. So no food, and over $50 charged to my credit card. Ended up going to a different restaurant for the meal. When I got home, confirmed my credit card had been charged, and now I have to dispute the charges. So much for fast and convenient! Absolutely horrible experience and totally incompetent management! Will never go there again.

My sister and I came to McDonald’s as an emergency to feed 3 kiddos and family in visiting. Alyssa at the drive through made our dilemma smooth and stress less. Order was hot, fresh and fast. We really enjoyed the amazing customer service and Alyssa went above and beyond.

I stood at the counter for 5 minutes (the was only 1 other customer inside) before anyone acknowledged that I was there. I waited 10 mintues to get my food, after I checked in via the McDonald’s app. I added 2 tomatoes to the chicken sandwich that I ordered. One of the two tomatoes was the end of the tomato where the vine connects and neither of the two tomatoes was bigger than a quarter. The burger that I ordered with ketchup, mustard, and extra onion had no ketchup, a dab of mustard the size of a pea, and only about 10 tiny onion pieces. Very disappointing.

I like the staff a lot and they do a great job with the staffing issues they face. The service differs in later parts of the day. Sometimes they don’t follow special instructions but the food on average at this location is just okay. The atmosphere is loud and chaotic for no apparent reason. Great managers but they need to slow down and speak quite to their employees when managing them.
