This isn’t a review to dunk on McDonalds. They are the largest franchise restaurant in the world for a reason. I wanted to highlight one of the best deals in fast food; mcdouble sandwich, small fry, 4 piece chicken nugget, and a drink for $6. Unfortunately on this day, the restaurant was slammed with middle schoolers, counters unwiped, somehow they lost my order, but 15 minutes later they made me a new one.
Still, the fries and coke are the best in the business.

The order was not fulfilled based on the ticket. I brought this up to the cashier, but she ended up telling me that there is nothing she can do besides charge me more for what’s missing. If I already paid and my receipt shows the items I bought, why am I being charged for more? Update the software, update the prices. This is horrible. Also, there is no reason to be condescending about sauces

2 Ladies working this morning told me wait at the window for 5 min while they stocked the kitchen this morning, than laughed at me. They spoke broken Spanish to each other than laughed. I asked for a “pup cup” and they didn’t know what that was and laughed again.
They were extremely rude and unprofessional to say the least. As a McDonald’s stock holder that’s disheartening! This lady below in broken English told me to wait while she cleaned up before taking my order! I was the only one in line?

IT’s BACK! Stopped in this morning and they are serving the Steak and Egg Breakfast Bagel. I have been waiting sine the 1990’s to see this return, and it did not disappoint. It was prepared perfectly and the flavors were incredible. This is truly the best breakfast sandwich on the planet. Forget the Bagel shops this exceeds all the rest. Thank you McDonald’s for bringing it back.

Can someone please tell me why every time I go through the drive-thru, they hand me my drinks, and then they force you to pull to the front and wait for your food even when there is no one behind you. Sometimes, the person even brings the food out within a minute. I understand when they’re busy having people do this, but not when you’re the only one waiting.

I stood at the counter for 5 minutes (the was only 1 other customer inside) before anyone acknowledged that I was there. I waited 10 mintues to get my food, after I checked in via the McDonald’s app. I added 2 tomatoes to the chicken sandwich that I ordered. One of the two tomatoes was the end of the tomato where the vine connects and neither of the two tomatoes was bigger than a quarter. The burger that I ordered with ketchup, mustard, and extra onion had no ketchup, a dab of mustard the size of a pea, and only about 10 tiny onion pieces. Very disappointing.

We all know what McDonald’s is like I’m sure you know. I don’t know when it happened but the food has gotten significantly better. I remember going in highschool and it being mediocre at best. I went recently and they have seriously upped their game. LOOK AT THAT BURGER IT LOOKS LIKE THE ADVERTISEMENTS.
