Everything was good especially they brought my food to my table as requested on the app. Other McDs places DO NOT bring it to your table when requested, so why have it if they are not going to do their job. Thank You for great service but tables need to be cleaner.

Drive thru second window had a very long wait, once our order was received an item was missing. We told them they said “ let me see the bags” took the bags out of our sight and gave us the missing item greasy and not packaged correctly food was cold and old. Wouldn’t recommend.

Drive through needs some work. One of the screens is out. 2nd screen is not visible till you are ordering. And the menu screen went away as soon as a said something l. Unless you know the menu good luck ordering. Could not hear the attendant over the speaker. Ended up leaving because machine did not read my card. In n out a few miles up the street had no problem taking my order or with my card.

This was BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FROM A MCDONALD’S!!!!! These people waited over 30 minutes for their food and the(rudest immature girl) proceeded to tell everyone “Why did you even come in here”?? That would be the girl in the all black with the milkshake in her hand while walking around laughing and saying rude comments to all the customers. Honestly, MCDONALD’S head corporate should come in here and do an evaluation on all these young kids that aren’t doing anything. They are beyond rude. To make matters worse, they went and locked all the doors (DURING BUSINESS HOURS AT 7:50PM) and were making grunts every time a new customer walked in.

after a long day of traveling I was just so over today. I ordered on the app to get McDonald’s on the way home but I know the app is wonky and it messed up which is okay things happen. The nice manager guy in the sharp hoodie was super understanding track down what happened to the order and was able to fix it. I felt terrible I know working in food service it’s sucks have to redo something but he and his team did it and was super understanding. I really appreciate it I was having a really bad day and just tired but this made it better thanks 🙂

I would give it 5 minus if i could. This place discriminates against poor people the homeless the elderly and handicapped the atmosphere is deprived and the orders take too long to be served. The choice of security personnel is sadly lacking in qaulity and I think they should be given a better look or a background check they are bully’s and racists. I actually being mistaken as a homeless person was followed into the restroom and told (after two pumps on the soap dispenser at the sink while trying to wash my hands) that I had used enough soap!? By a McDonald’s employee. That’s just too much man!

Driving a friend for doordash and the wait for the order was at least 20 minutes in drive-thru line and it made the order 15 minutes late. Cause me to cancel out on other orders because we were trapped in the drive thru line.

This McDonald’s somehow always manages to make me wait for every single order everytime I go, maybe I’m just unlucky here but when the cheeseburger isn’t even that how when I get it then it confuses me as to what was the hold up. I’m avoiding this one for good now. Hope y’all’s experience is better than mine.

I had the Big Mack deal, Two BM’s two med fries and 20 chicken McNuggets $18.99 + tax. Everything was really good and it was all Hot. I loved it. I’m not much on fast food generally
