The 2 gentlemen that oversee this store truly care about your experience and their commitment to making it the best it can be. I have personally dealt with both a few different times and there is clearly a raised level of care compared to other district managers in the area. The store itself is also always clean!
The staff interactions really depend on the day and what shift you are interacting with. Some of them act like you are an inconvenience for being there and others are happy to see you. It’s a toss up, but not one that stops me from going to that store. The fries are always crispy, and we all know thats the most important part

Needs some quality assurance on orders, especially in the morning. Seems like there’s no structure or organization. Probably why my to go order had a Hot Honey Chicken Biscuit instead of the Hot Honey Sausage Egg Biscuit I ordered.

Best McDonald’s that I’ve ever experienced. The staff is fantastic and the fries are always hot n fresh. Very well managed. The parking lot is always neatly kept and the bathroom is clean and stocked. Whomever owns this franchise should give the entire staff a well deserved pay raise. They are why I keep coming back .

First off I’m start out by saying this place deserves every 5 star review I went to the McDonald’s up the road I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese i goto open it and it’s a chicken sandwich so we pulled it to this amazing place and was greeted with the manager who is absolutely amazing and is a well rounded individual we showed him the order from the other store and instead of pushing us away he grabbed the sandwich and said I’m not allowing you to leave with that chicken sandwich he throws out the sandwich and than Goes directly to making me a double quarter pounder with out even asking or paying for it he sincerely apologized and said though we are not affiliated with that store I’d like to make it right bravo McDonald’s for hiring a well rounded individual to be the manager this was December 23 at 1130ish

We have passed this location a lot on road trips, and have never stopped before. I was feeling particularly hungry leaving Myrtle Beach heading back to North Carolina, so we decided to stop. I ordered a McChicken, a McDouble with no mustard and no pickle, and a ten piece chicken McNugget. I ordered on the app because I’m not great at talking to people, and customizing my order on the app is easier than telling the poor cashier (which used to be me some time ago) my customizations. We came through the drive-through and got our food within minutes. The process was simple and easy, and with the coupons that McDonald’s offers in their app, it makes it somewhat reasonable in price too. I always am happy to have no mistakes in my order, and this was one of those times. The people working were great. Definitely had a nice experience here!

Went through the drive thru, NOBODY else in line. Ordered ONE item. A double fish. They couldn’t get it right. Paid full price for it, headed down the road, they had given me a single. Went back, told them at the window what the problem was, the girl got a manager who said NOTHING to me, did not even LOOK at me, just opened the box I guess to see if I was telling the truth, poked at the sandwich, hollered something over her shoulder and walked away. I asked the other person what she said and she told me to pull up. So I went to the next window, waited four minutes, finally got the sandwich handed out the window to me without so much as a grunt. No “sorry.” NOTHING. I said I still wanted my receipt and the window was closed in my face. It’s one thing to make a mistake, it’s another thing to make it very clear you don’t give two hoots about the customer. Will never go there again, and I obviously know they don’t care about that. It’s a high traffic store that makes money on tourists coming into Myrtle Beach so they can offer the worst service in the world and they’ll still make money.

Total incompetence! Worse McDonalds I’ve ever been to! Took a bite of my McRib, and thought….kind of dry. Guess what….no sauce, at all. Just a slab of meat on bread. My BigMac, they ALMOST made a bullseye with the “special” sauce. Just slopped half way on. And EVERYTHING cold. Well, at least my Coke was good…After we figured out which was diet and which was regular since they had the lids mixed up.
And these kids want $15 dollars an hour? They can play with an iPhone but can’t make a hamburger? What a joke. We won’t be back. Too bad we can’t give less than 1 star.

They served undercooked food, cold fries, and the tea was not brewed in the manner it should be; more like sugar water. Also they had customers standing in line while the employees inside continued to ignore them for about 10 mins. Thanks for the sub par service and food.

This is the sorriest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. They screw up your order every time. They are rude and unprofessional. They take zero responsibility for their mistakes. They are sloppy and dirty.
