I’ve been wanting to try this place because I’ve heard such great things about it, and it definitely lived up to the hype! We started with the boudin balls and cheese bread — both were delicious. For our pizzas, we got the Chicken Bacon Ranch, which was really good, and the monthly special, the Grilled Cheese Pizza. Our waitress suggested pairing it with the tomato soup, and that combo was absolutely amazing!

We also tried the Chicken Parm, and it was a hit with the whole family — even one of my kids who usually doesn’t eat it loved it. The atmosphere was great, the service was fast, and our waitress was so friendly and helpful. My kids were skeptical at first, but now they can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend!

I have been here quite a few times since finding out about it in May and my expectations are beyond exceeded each time. Came last night to try the new glazed brussel sprouts and they were the best i have had from any restaurant! The Crispy vodka pasta balls are something that i tell everyone i meet about, and are perfectly crispy hot and delicious every. single. time. My go to pizza is the Cam Jordan but plenty of friends have tried other pizzas and they’re allll good. Everything from the art, the staff, the kind owners, and the food is great here. Every server i’ve had here has been great but last night Brock was amazing. It was a busy friday night and Liz got us sat immediately with him and he took great care of us. Attentive and so personable. Can’t wait to go back as always and everyone needs to try this place!

My wife and I were first time visitors on NOLA MIA and I must say it is Garfield approved. The food was amazing the staff best service I’ve ever had. It’s a little pricey but well worth it I would rate this 100+ ⭐️

The owner is always there offering the best hospitality when he can. Constantly have specials that draw the regulars in consistently. Treats the guests like family. Food is great, best crust I’ve ever had on a pizza, pasta has a delicious sauce, and the wings are excellent . Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu and the service is great. Vibes are always nice and just overall can’t beat this place. Can’t recommend enough

We used to order from the NOLA MIA food truck so we were excited when they opened up a brick and mortar. The pizza here is stellar! We love the classic Margherita pizza and highly recommend this one. If you like a good marg pizza but you also like pepperoni, I also recommend the Cam Jordan. We also enjoy their Hawaiian pizza (but we know some people are not a fan on pineapple on pizza). We recently decided to try their waffle fries with bang bang sauce and maybe it was because the order was a takeout but the fries were soggy and lacked flavor. We air fried them when we got home to crisp them up but they were still not particularly good; the bang band sauce also tasted weird with waffle fries, so we don’t recommend getting this as an appetizer, as least as a take out. We highly recommend their pizza and think they have the best pizza in the area!

I am a happy vegetarian eating here! Great draft beer options (peanut butter, Guinness) and cocktails. The whipped ricotta appetizer was heavenly! Cold, lemony, and light. The bruschetta pizza was great. Everyone was friendly (both hostesses, bartender, server and manager) and checked in often. The food was fantastic! They even have cauliflower crust, vegan pepperoni and vegan cheese!

Clean restroom with darling strawberry wallpaper. Fun and beautifully painted murals outside (and inside) and an old fashioned, strawberry truck front to pose with, so it’s a great photo op. The restaurant got full and everything flowed smoothly.

This place is a home run! Oh, one caveat.. We arrived at 4:45 p.m. on a weekday before it got very busy and got one of the last parking spots.

I had heard about NOLA MIA before it opened. After opening it seemed we could never make it there to try it out. We went on a Friday evening. 5:15. Place was packed. We put in our phone (wife gave hostess wrong number). We waited about 30+ minutes. While we waited I talked to a couple about a youth ministry I am a mentor with. She asked what Truth in Nature was all about. I enjoyed our conversation while waiting for our table. A couple people were seated that came in after us. My wife went up and we discovered the issue. We were seated. Our waitress came over shortly and took our drink order. I ordered the campfire old fashion, wife got a Coke. They only serve 12” pizzas. We got the supreme. While waiting for our food to arrive I looked at the food being served to others. It all looked delicious. Our pizza arrived. We were pleasantly surprised that a 12” pizza was perfect for the two of us. Normally I want to eat 3/4 of an extra large. By about 6:30 it started to slow down a bit. I did notice they have a big takeout business.
My only complaint if you want to call it that is it was a bit noisy. Brick walls don’t absorb any sound.
We will be back again. Highly recommend. Our bill was $34 plus tip. $11 of the bill was my cocktail.

First time visiting this place was a superb experience. Went to dine in after being on the road all day. There was a short wait but with our young child, we decided to just order take out instead. The owner(I presume) read the situation perfectly and jumped on our order immediately so that we could get home with the kid that’s been traveling all day. We had our food in under 10 minutes and was on our way.
Now the food…TOP NOTCH!!! Brussel sprouts were amazing. Chicken wings are the wife’s new favorite of everywhere. The margherita pizza was top notch. 3 year old ate 3 pieces himself. He ate more than we did. He was so stoked when we opened that box, and he saw that pizza.
Top notch place with top notch food and service. Keep crushing it guys!! We will see you again soon.

We have been a NOLA Mia Food Truck customer for years but this was our first visit to their brick brick and mortar location and we were not disappointed. The new place was absolutely beautiful and very inviting. We sat at the bar … busy night and received great service and even better food. I really wanted to try the Whipped Ricotta but it was also suggested that we try the Crispy Pasta alla Vodka and WOW am I glad we did. Both were really delicious but that Crispy Pasta was hands down our favorite!!! For pizza, the three of us ordered the Muffuletta and their Special Prosciutto e Pistachio. Both pizzas were delicious!! I mean honestly, I’ve never had a bad pizza from Nola Mia. As if we weren’t stuffed … had to try the Budino (house made Butterscotch Pudding). So simple yet so delicious. Highly recommend NOLA Mia!! 10/10!!!

Best restaurant to come to Ponchatoula in quite some time. Food and service are exemplary. Family owned/operated and creates for a warm, welcome dining experience. Very nice bar. Most days there is a considerable wait (30 minutes or more), but that’s because it’s well worth it. Now that they have been open a few months, wait isn’t as bad. We have yet to eat anything in there that we didn’t absolutely love. My favorite is the roast beef poboy pizza- try it and you’ll 100% understand. Best place to eat in town now.
