The collabs recently have been great! However, when it comes to food, McDonald’s will be McDonald’s no matter where you go… but this location is hands down one of the best when it comes to service. The manager (not sure her name) is always helpful, professional and kind. Not all locations have competent and caring staff members like the crew members at this location so if I have to go to a McDonald’s, I will always make the trip to this one. Honestly, based on service alone, I would give this location more than 5 stars if I could!

The kiosk didnt give us a reread to tell them then they gave us a plastic number to hold like ones you place on a table. Then they called the receipt number wich we didnt have. Then the fries were cold and looked like pre cooks were they just warmed them up. Fries were still terrible after getting new ones. I dont even think they were new. Just thrown back in to warm up After giving them to us and we touched them, so unsanitary to put some fries we touched back in were your fries will end up. But hey I guess they figure the fryers will take care of it. Glad we dont live around here. But half the staff was nice

This one of the most horrible places to dinn in….trust everywhere, employees don’t care , they are on the phones, joking around in the kitchen, non of the tables of the playground are are clean.

It is a typical McDonald’s establishment, located on Palmdale Road, in Victorville. It is located in the same strip mall, where Cardenas is located. I visited this establishment, several times, while visiting my relatives, in High Desert. The lines, during my visits, were usually not long. At the same time, they were moving quite fast. At the same time, there was a self-service kiosk, so instead of waiting in line to order, patrons can order through kiosk, and wait for the meals. Of course, there was ample of space to sit down, and enjoy a meal. The prices, too, were not on the expensive side. So, if anyone is in Palmdale Road area in High Desert, I would recommend to visit this establishment.

Worst McDonald’s ever and worse employees here 25 minutes for one happy meal and there wasn’t even a toy inside. So go figure now not only time wasted but a crying toddler because they expect a toy with their happy meal box. Terrible and inadequate workers here. Went inside and it’s extremely dirty as well.

Terrible staff. Frequently get my orders wrong. Worst times were when I ordered a cooked tote and despite ordering a good amount time prior I was still instructed to wait at the side. Wasn’t too much an issue because I expected it but after more than 30 mins passed and I had to go inside just to ask for it. When I got it they were cold so the cookies were ready the whole time they just had no one who cared enough to go outside. Another time I had to circle back to get some things they had forgotten and tried to be very respectful and apologized for the inconvenience and they straight up ignored me after giving attitude the whole time. I understand it’s frustrating when someone comes yelling about their order issues but when someone’s trying to be respectful and equal with you then what’s the point of the attitude.

They can never get my order right asked for a sausage egg cheese mcgriddle the bred was soggy and this is not the type of egg u serve with a mcgriddle and there points system never works here always so convenient check your receipts as they try and micro charge for condiments without saying so ALWAY GET YOUR RECEIPTS

I have never been inside this McDonald’s. Drive thru associates are always plesant and friendly. Food is typical McDonald’s. The McDonald’s parking area is kept much neater than the surrounding Cardenas parking lot, which is usually littered with trash, and is neglected. McDonald’s keeps their area relatively clean.

The crispy chicken sandwich was terrible. The place is messy and disorganized. Staff mixed up a few orders ahead of us, then forgot our sauce. Had to get back from the car to get it. Not a pleasant experience at this McDonald’s.
