I literally never post reviews but I felt like I needed to. I arrived at 215 am and had to wait til about 250 am in line order to order. They kept taking orders from the other lane and when they finally answered me it had just turned 3 am. They informed me that they were only taking cash which was already a huge inconvenience, but I had some. Then they proceed to inform me that they are no longer serving lunch because it changes to breakfast at three am. If they would have taken my order in a timely matter or just have taken it when it had been my turn instead of taking the other lanes orders multiple times then I would have made the time cut off. I never eat McDonald’s but this was just a reminder as to why I don’t go there.

Every time I come to this McDonald’s something bad happens, they get my order messed up or they completely forget items… this last time I went I paid at the little kiosk thing grabbed my number and typed it in. I had my number at the table waiting for my order and I waited almost an hour and when I went to the counter to ask what happened I hear that they gave the order to another table. Why have the kiosk to pay and table numbers if they don’t pay attention to them? I love the food at McDonald’s but it’s hard to want to go when I know something will go wrong. I would much rather pick someplace else. McDonald’s is more worried about their drive thru times that nothing else to them matters anymore. When will we get a decent McDonald’s in the high desert?

I haven’t been to a mcdonals this perfect In a long time! We drove in on our way to a long weekend trip. It started with the service which was great. Our cashier took our order and even when being busy she gave us her full attention. our receipt said KS#1. We didn’t get her name but she was great. Our food was good too I just wish my breakfast burritos were a bit bigger. They seemed way smaller than the norm. The restaurant and restrooms were very clean. Thank you for making our visit great.

I don’t like giving bad reviews but this one I have to. My girlfriend had placed an order online through the McDonald’s app, and she was able to pay for it and got a receipt via email (total was like $35). However when we pulled up to the “Mobile Pick-Up” spots we weren’t able to input our spot number so they could give us our order. Turns out the order didn’t go through/register thru the app therefore it wasn’t in our order history which made zero sense because we got a receipt for what we ordered Anyways we walked in and tried multiple attempts to Pick-Up our order at the pick-up desk but the lady working was not allowing us to get out order even though we showed her our receipt in the email and showed her the transaction went through our bank account. She kept arguing she needed a “code” and when we asked to speak to a manager she only got more loud and kept arguing. Unfortunately she wasn’t wearing a name tag and when asked for her name she only gave us more attitude. The situation was causing a scene so me and my girlfriend just decided to dispute it and order somewhere else. We understand she needed a “code” for the order but it’s not our fault the app wasn’t working properly, and either way we had proof we had just ordered. We had this issue before with the app at a different location and the employee there still made our order after seeing our receipt. Sorry for the lengthy review but I feel like paying customers should not be treated this way.

In the last five times I’ve gone there, four times they have messed up my meals. I asked them not to put their sauce and tomatoes on my burger and then they turn around and not put lettuce onions or pickles. I get a dry sandwich. Then they make me wait to redo the food and my fries get cold and my drink is watered down from the ice, causing it to lose it’s flavor. My burger is overcooked to where it tastes like rubber gummy bear. When you try to talk to a manager he or she’s too busy and you talk to an employee who couldn’t care less.

Its literally almost 4am in the morning, all I order is an ice coffee and its takes more then 10min to get! Sure the car before me had a payment issue but when lady taking the drive order (SONIA) is her name, starts to take orders before attending me just for an ice coffee and has me wait even longer for me to be LATE to work really upset me! She literally had to just take my payment and give me 1 ice coffee! She didnt even addresss me. The guy ended up helping me and STILL had to wait for her to finish taking another order to make the payment for me. I was LATE to work because she would not help me! I never contact customer service but this really messed up my morning!

I have an allergy to onion so I asked for no onion I bite into my mc double and there’s onion I go in and they have nothing but an attitude while I was completely nice with them risking my life. They made me new mc doubles and they were cold. Manager was a guy and he was rude and unprofessional.

Food is great. However, sometimes there are homeless guys in front of the place who are sketchy, so it makes it uncomfortable when you have to get off to get food. I usually buy something for them so that when I go back out to my car with my girls, I don’t have to worry about them behind me.

Despite it being over the bridge and next to one of the most obnoxious streets in Bear Valley Road, and its initial look of holding the homeless in its corners, this McDonalds is great! Food is cooked quick, and they actually put salt on their fries, unlike ANOTHER place I know.
