Service is always great. The food, not worth the high price. The buuter burger u could ring the grease out of it. Curds were the same. The onion rings were worse. The sauce was itemized on my recipt. Yes, cost if business. Anywhere in town u get on or two if u ask. I would deffinently say go give your money to the Fitzpatrick family instead and have it your way @BK instead!

I walked into Culver’s & they were taking my order before I knew what I wanted, It was fresh, easy, not overly crowded, nor did I have to wait long for my food. I decided to get my dessert after I ate so I just took the receipt up & get it then. Bathroom was clean as well as parking lot.

Friendly staff, best tasting fast food burgers. Onion rings are not too greasy. Fish fillet is too small for the bun (or bun too large for the fish filet) which gives the fish sandwich an overall dry taste. Also, the cheese served on the fish is shredded but it wasn’t melted. That makes me think the fish is not cooked to order. This has been my experience with the fish sandwich on my two most recent visits to Culver’s, at two different locations in neighboring towns (Elkhart and Mishawaka).

My experience is that your order is more likely going to come out faster and with fewer mistakes if you go through the Drive Thru. This is one of the only fast food restaurants I will dine inside but my last visit I had a younger gentleman who was impatient and seemed to lack basic customer service skills like asking questions to verify or confirming order. My receipt looked correct but the kids burgers had everything when I wanted plain and my daughter’s chocolate frozen custard came out the weekly special (chocolate and heath pieces). The employees walking around and delivering food were friendly and kind and the food was good, as always. Overall, the place seemed clean. I will return again but just a warning to be extra clear with your order when dining in.

Got the pot roast sandwich, it’s not a sandwich, meat piled on a soggy piece of bread. Mashed potatoes and gravy were ice cold, fries were luke warm, roll was cold and hard, broccoli was warm. Pot roast was not very tasty and was a bit tough.

Update: I received a call from the store, and they sent out coupons. The coupons arrived within a week. I added another star to my rating and will consider revising my review further in the future. This was not the first time part of my order had been missing.
