We support environmental practices and locally sustained seafood and food products. Bahia is the Brazilian word for Ocean or Bay. Our Ocean Beach House features environmentally sustainable aqua and agriculture from North Carolina. We are using Baja/Med Cuisine as our guide. Our fun and lighter cuisine is for us Food of the Sun. A cool place for a great time.

We had dinner at Bahia Beach House and Surf Bar for the first time the other night and could not have been more impressed. We will definitely be back! The service was great, drinks were great and food was fantastic! We had the street corn and crab dip appetizer. The appetizer itself was amazing but the bread that comes with it takes it over the top. My friend had the flounder and said it was the best she’s ever had. I had the red snapper special and it was phenomenal. You will not be disappointed!

We are here visiting friends and this restaurant was a second choice for the 7 of us. Our first was 1.75 hours wait. The food was OFF THE CHAIN EXCELLENT. But what ticks me off is I can’t remember our waitresses name. Brook was our bar tender who was awesome as well but our waitress was as good as any I’ve ever had. I cannot drink alcohol and she kept my water topped off the whole time we were there. I hate the Tuna at Market Price. It was worth every penny. Perfectly prepared and as you will see in the pictures it also was beautifully served. But if you go you MUST try the clam chowder and/or the meatball appetizer. You will not be disappointed!!

Service was excellent. One of the members in our party has a garlic allergy, and the chef made her a special sauce for the coconut curry flounder. She loved it and was thrilled to have someone take the time to ensure she had a great meal. The Spanish onion soups with pieces of filet was different and delicious. The crab cakes weren’t heavily breaded and very tasty. The filet cut like butter and about melted in your mouth. The side of veggies were just as delicious. To top it off the Key Lime Pie was probably the best I’ve ever had. What a great experience and look forward to eating there again.

Always great! Tonight we both got blacken shrimp tacos. One was regular, the other GF as a bowl with a side of corn tortilla chips. Drinks awesome! And wonderful job on your first table Savannah!

Absolutely loved our experience here!! Highly recommend a reservation, we got really lucky and found a seat at the bar. The bar tender was fantastic, she shared the buildings history with us and made excellent recommendations for entres. We tried the daily catch red snapper, along with seafood enchiladas, tuna wantons, and the pork tenderloins. All were mouth watering.

Food was great, the blackened shrimp tacos were maybe the best shrimp taco I’ve ever had. We also got the crab cake arugula salad that was the star of the meal for my husband and the coconut curry catch (it was tuna that day) which was really good. Very cute spot and the patio was dog friendly so we got to see lots of cute puppies hanging around.

We visited here twice while on vacation. The shrimp tacos & flounder were great. The blood orange margaritas were awesome as well. The outside seating was nice and our servers were quick & super friendly!

Going to Bahia on New Years Eve for us was spur of the moment, but such a great call! Every employee was so nice, the service was amazing, and the food was so great! We were a little under dressed, did not have a reservation but received such warm welcomes and such great service! Thank you so much to our main bartender, Kendall! She’s awesome! The other one was pretty great too, he was making us laugh a lot! We will be back!!!
