Micki Dee’s has always been one of my break the change place go to’s. It’s not often I go there but it does offer a change in pace to mix things around when eating out. It’s a simple easy meal that’s quick and kinda inexpensive these days when time isn’t in your favor. Depending on locations, most are very quick in and out with happy employees. But you tend to once in a while find those out there where the food just doesn’t sit right and the service is far fetched between they should have stayed home or you should have stayed home, cooked and saved gas and money. I mostly go here during Lent on Good Fridays. For one, their fries have always ranked number 1 in my book. They are so good above the rest out there. If your catholic and follow Lent you know you can’t eat meat on Fridays till Easter. My go to are the fillet-o-fish sandwiches. Nothing fancy but really hits the spot with flavor and satisfaction. Keep Micki Dee’s on your once in a while menu. Update: no change here. Busy as ever and business as usual. Long lines, fast service and good food. Keep up the good work

Went through the drive-through Was asked to pull over to the yellow lines and wait before hash Browns I had to get off my car 15 minutes later And Ask for my order. When I confronted the employee I asked him if they had forgotten about my order and he said yes Poor customer service and my food was burnt I spent a whole total of 25 minutes in the Drive to Line For burnt food and To be told that I was forgotten about and their drive-through line.

Terrible service. I’ve never had a fast food place get my order wrong or waste my money so many times in my life. Save your money and just head to another local McDonald’s. Oh, and management has a terrible attitude when you try to bring up any complaints. Don’t even try it.

Food was normal for McDonald’s at dinner rush, they were doing the best they could with the volume they had. Service at the box was amazing he had a great attitude trying to ease the wait for customers, however, once getting to the pick up window that was when service took a dive. Order was incorrect (no problem) I try to let them know before the close the window but missed them, took a minute or 2 before he came back and said the order was correct. I have the receipt and the bags that I hand over. Employee doesn’t say anything a few minutes later they come back what I think are new bags and I saw thank you, no response from employee. I pull up to allow others to get orders and check the bags to find the same food in the bag. At which point I just left.

Possibly the worst drive through layout I’ve ever seen. When packed, which is almost always, the drive through line splits the parking area making it impossible for parked cars to exit. The line sometimes extends to the street which is right next to the Freeway entrance. They are understaffed most of the time resulting in painfully slow drive through times. The kicker is that the prices have hiked recently. The large drinks are almost $2 now. Crazy!

Very unmotivated staff. Seems they truly hate being there. Food was ok, but my large fries was not even half full. I was a little scared to fill up my drink. The drink area was just a disaster.
