Always great service and happy staff. Food is always hot and tastes great. One of the window attendants that takes your order always compliments me in a way that makes me feel appreciated, saying things like ” we couldn’t do it without you” and ” we appreciate your business and always enjoy seeing your smiling face”. I came her with my 2 kids to pick up a quick and cheap dinner tonight. We eat McDonald’s about once a week, but never at this one. First, the place was a mess, meaning not a clean table in sight. Then they got our order wrong, and when I asked for a fix the manager looked at me like I was asking him to perform surgery or something. Then my kids took a bite into the burger and spit it out because they were black burnt and tasted like the grill hadn’t been cleaned in months. I brought this to the manager Wills attention and he told me that that’s how the new buns and burgers are supposed to look like which is obviously a lie. When I asked William/Will for his supervisors name and contact info he told me that he is the owner and general manager if that particular Donald’s and if I had a complaint to call the 1-800 number on the cup. I’ve worked in fast food and never ever would I get to keep my job if I treated customers this way. I will never go come back to this McDonald’s again

The staff were not friendly in my opinion. No good morning, no offer to up size my meal, no thank you for coming. There were flys everywhere around the seating area. Over all this was not a good visit. My food was prepared correctly , however the fries were almost warm.

They cancelled my breakfast mobile order because they received it two minutes after they stop serving breakfast even though the order was submitted before the cutoff time. On top of that, they said they refunded the charges to my card but they absolutely did not.

So I came here with my friend and her 10 year old sister and as we were ordering there were these boys that were making crude comments behind us and trying to get our attention but we ignored them continued on and got our drinks and as we were sitting down with our drinks waiting for our order one of boys now (the only in the building the others left) came over and continuously harassed us wouldn’t leave us alone for a long time he said many things but the only thing I’m going to write to give an idea of what he was like he was asking for the 10 year olds elementary school among other creepy comments and later on after we just ignored him he left and screamed that we were all ugly the whole time the worker was just watching did nothing said nothing and waited until he left to go to the back to go talk to his coworkers and tell them about it and then the manager a few minutes later comes with our order and scolds the worker he gave us a free ice cream I am writing this complaint because the workers could have done something and stopped the guy but they didn’t stop him from being creepy to me my friend and her sister. Me and the friend are both young aswell teenagers and I’m sad to say this was the little ones first experience with harassment like that and she is terrified and scarred when it could have easily been stopped before he started specifically picking on her after he realized me and my friend weren’t feeding into his behavior by the way I asked for the ice cream it wasn’t offered

It took 45 minutes to get our food. They had a long line but took about 10 minutes to get each order out. It didn’t look like they were short staffed buy maybe they were.
