Person taking order can’t even take the order, had to ask for help. (Nothing special about the order), asked for large drinks and rang it up at small when I asked for a large they said they couldn’t do that. Our food sat at the counter for over 5 minutes and we could see it. We had frozen drinks sitting there even longer and when we asked if we could have them they wouldn’t give them to us because the food wasn’t ready. By the time we got them they were half melted. Fries taste like burnt oil and disgusting. Literally the worst fries I’ve ever had. Management was rude. We spent almost $70 and order a lot of nuggets and 3 people from our group asked for sweet and sour. They gave us one and when we asked for me they told me they already gave us one and wanted to argue about it. We had 8 (4 pieces, a kids meal with nuggets and a 10 piece nugget) they gave us 4 sauces. Rude people and gross food.

Manager demanded I order iced coffee when I asked him to brew fresh hot coffee. Openly complained out loud in front of customers when a Sports tour bus pulled up he visually seemed upset about possibility of getting suddenly very busy.

My original order was missing two plain cheeseburgers with extra onions. When I returned to have this corrected, the employee at the window appeared distracted and asked me twice what I had ordered. At the pickup window, I was instructed to pull forward and wait. I declined, explaining that I had already been there once for the same order and that my food was getting cold.
The manager then came to the window and repeated the request. When I explained the situation again, he responded, “You can pull forward, or I can give you a refund.” I chose the $4.01 refund and left without the food.
I understand mistakes happen, but the dismissive attitude and lack of accountability were unacceptable. I hope management will address this issue with proper training and a renewed focus on customer service.

Absolutely horrible customer service, and the night manager absolutely rude and he will cause a scene in front of others if you tell him the order is wrong. Save your money and go somewhere else where they appreciate your hard earned money

I would’ve have a good experience if the two old weirdos at 8:49am on October 27th Monday didn’t cackle like witches at me and while giving me my meal and were staring at me cackling while I am 33 weeks pregnant and just wanted breakfast. I get it’s not that serious of a job but please pick who is working carefully especially if they are pushing 30. Very unprofessional and disgusting behavior.

Went thru the drive thru on my way home with my daughter. Ordered a happy meal and another meal. Once we got to the window they handed me my daughter’s happy meal and asked us to pull forward into #3. Waited 15 minutes until I went in and asked for a refund for only my meal. They completely forgot about us and no one would have rest of our order.
Once we got home we opened my daughter’s cold Happy Meal and it was missing items. Next time I will think twice about pulling forward in the Drive-Thru and just wait in front of the window for my order.

Bot only has the quality gotten worse, the size of everything is shrinking. Fish sandwich is not only tiny now, they only give you a 1/4 piece of cheese. This must be a prank right?
Seriously what happened to this McDonald’s? It used to be good but now it’s awful. We order our food cooked to order and they get upset and say everything is fresh. So we get our food and it’s worse than day old bread on the counter. This isn’t the first time either, we’ve given them multiple chances but at this point it’s obvious that the management and the staff don’t care.

The staff were not friendly in my opinion. No good morning, no offer to up size my meal, no thank you for coming. There were flys everywhere around the seating area. Over all this was not a good visit. My food was prepared correctly , however the fries were almost warm.
