Came here as it states 24 hour but drive thru is closed at 2:45am. Sign on door states they close at 3am. Guess someone wanted to close early and not adhere to their own business hours. Won’t be coming back. Do not recommend.

I ordered food through the drive thru at 11:51 and didn’t receive my food till 12:10. When I got to the window to express my concerns the manager let me know she only had a 30 min lunch. Something should have been offered and better customer service. I spent over $40 and waited 19 mins for fast food at night.

Hiring kids is a really great idea for job experience for these older kids but not training them properly is horrible not only for them but for us customers. I stop going cause every single visit there was a issue. Either missing a item or something not made right. I work at Denny’s many years and I can tell the issue is coming from poor management.

This McDonald’s has a good dining experience. The employees are overworked,and underpaid so they have messed up my order on several occasions so I put food as 4 stars. I do understand though because, I have worked on fast food many years. That could be improved by hiring more employees. They are pretty fast, and friendly at the front counter. They except hot food meal programs. All of the McDonald’s should do the same ,but they don’t. I didn’t like one thing I saw though. I saw a Spanish speaking lady at the front counter trying to get a job, a young teenage boy went to the back to ask the manager if she could be in a cooking position. The manager told him that she needed to know English, and Spanish to cook. She left after they told her that, I feel that was wrong. Anyone can cook regardless of the language they speak. We have a lot of Hispanic Spanish speaking people in the United States who want to, and will work hard for their money. That made me mad. I think things like that shouldn’t happen here in the United States. You should be treated fair, and equal regardless of the language or nationality you are. If someone wants to work, and has the proper legal documentation to do so give them a job!

We ordered inside since the drive thru line was so long. We ended up waiting way longer than if we would of just went through the drive thru. We spent $30 and some change for breakfast that we ordered through the kiosk. We weren’t greeted when we entered the location. After about 20 minutes our order was called. The cashier just left the food on the counter and walked away. My husband stood there for a few minutes so he can could ask for condiments. He had to say excuse me to get their attention. Once we got our condiments we went to the car and began to unpack our items. We were only given one fork when we ordered two platters, a sandwich combo and the two breakfast sandwiches they have on special. So my child was left to eat with his fingers!

So I frequent this location more than I should. Yesterday (last night) I stopped for a caramel sundae. The voice at the box was inaudible, sounded like he wasn’t opening his mouth. He heard my order in correctly and so I repeated it and he asked said to pull forward. I ordered a caramel sundae, extra caramel. At the window I see him set the sundae down and walk away. The thing barely has the amount of caramel on a regular sundae. He comes back after sometime with a spoon (wrapped) and sets it down and again walks away. When he finally returns he opens the window and I say, in sorry I ordered extra caramel. He walks away with it and returns with it looking exactly the same but now he has opened the spoon and stuck it inside! He proceeds to tell me $4.98. I said for a sundae? I paid, drove off and I’m immediately through it away. Like why was the spoon in it! Why was it not remade? And why does it cost so much? Small order, irritating inconvenience. But I strongly believe in letting my money speak for me and I will spend it where I get what I pay for.

Worst mcdonald’s ever don’t go waste of time, manager very rude, waited for 25 minutes and kept ignoring people in front, went and hid in the back, I almost went in to go get him, but I didn’t, that’s how bad service is, don’t get me wrong I love mcdonald’s, I get a mcdouble with big Mac sauce, it’s fire! But this mcdonald’s is a shame. Hopefully, owner will do something about it!

Everyone makes mistakes in fast food that’s okay and they will fix that but I have to say this is the freshest McDonald’s I ever had !! Never once had my food cold and the fries are always fresh . Shout out to the workers making our food they deserve more pay .
