They removed the soft drink dispenser. It takes a long time to get your food. Front counter is usually not staffed and you need to use the kiosk. Not a problem except when it glitches or you have issues. Overall, not bad but not great.

Redeemed my bday freebie using the phone app to pick up in the restaurant. It was easy to order, but I had to wait for a long time in the restaurant to get my order. The phone app said not to place it until I was there, so that’s what I did. But I only got an Apple fritter, so I guess it didn’t matter if it was fresh and hot like a burger. Next time maybe I’ll order ahead a bit. The Apple fritter tasted really fresh and delicious. So I guess it was worth the wait. 🙂

There is no reason whatsoever to close the second floor in this McDonald’s location people come here to sit and eat Enjoying the view from the second floor but the employees or I should say a very unprofessional manager like Dianna has the most ridiculous answers acting with so little respect or courtesy for the customers addressed questions without giving a care how she sounds and how she presents herself to her customers I came from a different city wanting to enjoy eating on the second floor since it’s a rare McDonald’s that is unique with such a nice addition but I had to encounter such a neat McDonald’s with such a very unprofessional sarcastic ridiculous Manager oh well that’s my experience here I’m sure I will be more welcomed and appreciated which I’ve been in other branches
