Nice service and good food topped with good beer next to the grocery store. $14 for a sandwich in a basic setting sounded high to me but I admit it was very good.

We came here after a long stay in Aspen and wanted to check out the Snowmass area. We were greeted by such a nice host who was very helpful in suggesting what to eat in a place we’ve never been in before. I had the fish and chips and it was simply amazing. Well this wasn’t fine dining, I was very pleased with eating something simple and inexpensive without waiting over an hour for some food.

I’ve been eating here at this restaurant in its various guises for decades. Went in the other night, The menu, which is shrinking, is now down to just salad and sandwiches, which is fine, but the other stuff was good and variety can be nice. Few people there, and the carpets were a disaster. I’m wondering if the restaurant is going to survive. Food tasted okay.

Went there with my family of 4. No other diners. Some men at the bar. No noticible employee. My husband grabbed a couple of menus. I went up to the bar. Turned out the employee was playing pinball. He came over and served me a couple
of drinks which I took to our table. He never came back over for our order. He did manage to speak with his half dozen friends at the bar and basically ignored us. We got up and left. Service was very poor. Made to feel intrusive to his private party of pinball and pals
