I would Give this McDonald’s 0 stars if I could they don’t only forget your sauces for your nuggets but they give you a Burger with a paper still on the Patty cooked with cheese on it. I bit into my Burger and I chewed it right away I tasted the paper.. Took my Burger apart and found the paper that’s on the Burger Patty before it’s cooked . Be more careful. People could get sick if they eat that. It would be nice if I could get my money back for this.

Ive gone to this location several times. And today was by far the most unpleasant visit I’ve had. It was just the absolute worst! I’m taking my Son to work and decide to stop and get him lunch, and as soon as I’m ordering through the intercom , I can already tell the demeanor of the worker was comming off pretty rude. Once. We approached the window , when I gave her my code for my McDonald’s Rewards she right away got even more rude with her whole body and facial expressions and didn’t want to take my code , but in a very bad mood overall. Her attitude was so unpleasant. Being a McDonald’s customer for years, I Didn’t appreciate her behavior , she just ruined my whole mood and day. Her manager came to explain to me the situation in a much calmer , respectful manner. I mean, thats all Griselda had to do. Employees like this need to get trained better on how to properly interact with customers. Once you’re clocked in, you’re clocked in and should be ready to go. Trust me. I know. I’ve worked in customer service for 18 years. So I hope this McDonald’s location properly trains Griselda accordingly.

Clean space. OK service, only downfall is there’s missing items from the order and this has happened several times at this location . I ordered a meal and they almost forgot the drink that comes with it I had to ask for it. I got home checked the bag and no fries in the bag only the burger was in the bag…disappointing because I paid extra for an order of L/fries. To McDonald’s staff at this location , double check orders and items before handing to customers.

All i have to say is that I was amazed to see mcdonalds so clean and cool, with plenty of space and a play place for the kids, I like the designs in the walls of maps it was interesting, I dont know why but the McChicken that I god only with tomatoe and bacon and onions i asked to only add the rest i never like dressings only sweet and sour which I also added, so the McCracken tasted so good like I never had it before trust me any other McDonald’s McCracken don’t taste like this one i had here I really enjoy the food and my son loved like always Happy Meals and they have all cups sizes even extra extra small for a drink of soda, and the prices are the best because you pay less that any other McDonald’s i guess for the reason they get more costumers because is next to Plaza Mexico and the do a good job in seving and helping costumers, it was fresh and relaxing dine in at McDonald’s, it has a good atmosphere and now I highly recommend you guys is the best.

Long waits if you go in and pick up at the counter. They prioritize drive thru, they like to bring out five or more orders at a time so food sits in the back for a while.
