I keep trying with this location because my 30 minute lunch break and shakey California economic times forces me to be frugal at work. The first time I asked for no onions and it still gave me onions despite that it’s a bloating food item and not good to eat onions at work. I called and complained, but got no where. I then went today and it must be coincidence, but every time I use my rewards, I get awful food. Today I ordered a spicy chicken with free medium fries and drink. I literally got so disgusted that my food was just uneatable. My fries were brown and soggy, my sandwich was completely burnt with a burnt taste my bread was also burnt on the inside. The lettuce was brown and tasted old. I tried to eat because of my time frame for lunch, but I could not bite into the sandwich anymore because part of it was so burned, I couldn’t get the piece chewed through. I’m done. I can’t let this happen. If I’m going to be with future health problems from eating fast food at least the quality should be great! Sheesh!

Store is clean, parking is easy, it’s McDonalds so pretty much you know what you’re getting. One star off because they forgot the fries in my kids Happy Meal which is like… pretty basic.

All good, the new touch screen self order kiosk are available at this location. The order process is way to slow, after we did ordered via the kiosk, we got the order confirmation on the monitor screen, but it took 4.5 minutes for an actual person to serve us 2 ice cream cones.The place is decent decorated, location decent, the restrooms not so clean.

The location is very nice, one of the reason I am not giving the 4 starts is the service. How difficult is to smile when you are serving people? However the guy cleaning inside of the store greet you with a nice smile.

This McDonald was actually still one of the few decent ones left. It did seem as if there was a new employee and the manager on duty was very patient with her when she was putting together an Uber Eats order. I did find it strange however that the lobby doors was locked when I got there at 10:45 pm and it closes at 11:00 pm. The manager still let me in so that I may place an order and let me out when I was ready to leave.

ordered through kiosk, instructions to put tent number on table and they will bring it out. they said they don’t do that at this McDonald’s meanwhile your food gets cold on the counter. otherwise many homeless with different disabilities sleeping in the restaurant. Floor and tables have seen better days.

The fries were cold and the nuggets were hard. Drive thru was pretty slow and my sweet tea was super thick and way to sweet. But my burger was good so they don’t get one star!
