I stopped by to get a quick bite to eat while going about my day. I ordered at the self ordering spot but ended up paying cash at the counter. I got into a very sweet conversation with the cashier named Chelsea about the cost of everything and how it’s rough being a single parent. She was attentive smiles and empathetic and it made me feel very comforted. The food came up quick I didn’t have to wait long at all and it was fresh and she actually added a pie in a show of true empathetic nature and caring from when Mom to another. For such a quick and simple trip to McDonald’s she quickly made it a very momentous experience for me and I will never forget it.

The staff was openly rude and condescending, and I honestly lost my appetite and left with my cold food in a bag, which I should have thrown away before leaving rather than trying to revive it at home. I ordered a hamburger, fries, and drink. I asked for no ice in my drink, they got that wrong twice. The first burger I received wasn’t even warm, and the fries were brown and chewy. When I asked if I could please have a fresh meal and I can’t prove it, but I swear they gave me the same food back. When I presented the food a second time, two of the cashiers literally rolled their eyes. Even if I were being picky (and I wasnt), rolling eyes are not only rude, but very poor service. I realize they may have had a large amount of on line orders that would account for the long wait to order, but the poor quality of food, rudeness, and being treated as if i was an inconvenience is absolutely in excusable. I addition, the bathrooms were filthy, odd considering they were reluctant to let anyone use them, I thought perhaps it was because it was extra work for them to enter a code, but concluded they knew they were filthy and didn’t want to clean them so they were trying to conceal the problem. I certainly won’t be back at this store.

I don’t know what happened, but in Mesa this McDonald’s struck me with hospitality. My son and I were in the morning for breakfast from Phoenix and it was already crowded. Everything was astonishingly intelligent as never before. We were asked if everything suits and once again offered sauce and napkins. Perhaps because the manager was there. Received as in the best restaurant in the city. The internet worked great. A year ago, I wrote about McDonald’s as a bumplace, maybe they want to fix their reputation, maybe they want to raise their rating. But i was surprised.

Ordered off the kiosk. I waited 22 minutes for my food while 14 cars that were behind me got their orders. Lobby was full of angry customers. All staff except 1 lady at the register were rude and the counter had no one there most of the time. A gentleman asked an employee about his order and was told they were off the clock and walked away.

We ordered using the app. The wait was surprisingly quick. The outside drive thru was hammered so yeah we got our food and oh was it delicious. Mango/pineapple smoothies a sausage egg McMuffin and a blueberry muffin all tasted good.

Waited unusually long for my food (which makes me suspicious). Even a guy from post mates (which means the order was called in ahead of time) had to wait. The place looks dismal. And no matter how well they clean that’s the aura surrounding it. Customer service is lacking. Anther thing i thought was odd — the manager came out of the kitchen area to ask all the dine – in customers if “everything was ok”(?) I took off after that, praying and trying to induce vomiting. I only stopped in because it was my lunch break, and they were the closest eatery to my job.

I normally get Chicken Nuggets from McDonalds. Rarely get the burgers because it isn’t the same no more. The one time I ordered a Quarter Pounder meal, I’m very disappointed. The drive-thru person asked me if I wanted a medium or large, I said large. She didn’t ask me for my drink.I get to the window and realize she only put in for a burger. My total was already $10, $10!! I then added on the fries and drink for $3 more. I’m excited going home only to be very disappointed. My fries isn’t half way, not even close to a large. Look at the pictures. I’d rather go to Denny’s next time for a $13 meal.

I went in to buy breakfast but wanted to use the restroom first to wash my hands. I was told the bathrooms are NOT opened till 8 am. I questioned that and was told its coming from the manager.
