I was really surprised at having to wait 40 minutes for a Big Mac. It wasn’t even busy. They just forgot us. I went up 3 times, And was told that my order was next. Finally I just stood at the pickup spot. When I got the sandwich, it was cold and falling apart. I had to put it back together. Sort of sad.

Upon entry to this restaurant I was greeted with an enthusiastic “WELCOME TO MCDONALD’S!!”, from two or three associates. I used the kiosk in order to receive the deals. The kiosk was clean and in working order. There was an associate walking the floor, making sure the guests had all they needed for their stay. The associates behind the counter ALL had smiles and pleasant dispositions as well as above average personal hygiene.

Clean lot, fairly easy to navigate. Both drivethru speakers running efficiently, friendly staff at both the speaker/payment window & pickup window. Ensured accuracy of order multiple times. I was pulled forward to wait for food, the wait was not very long, the staff that delivered it was also really friendly. I had a special order, it was correct and all of the food was perfectly hot even once home, 10mins later. My kiddo was super happy!

I appreciate McDonald’s being open so early. It’s really convenient. The customer service is okay. I know it’s not the manager or the employees fault and I think they’d agree with me when I say we need to bring the trays back. The tables would stay cleaner and the dining area would look nicer longer. I also can’t stress this enough, I think every fast-food restaurant (Not just McDonald’s) should support organic and healthier food. If everyone does that the prices will drop. Also I think all businesses should have solar panels on the roof. People could probably get paid more and work less with the money that’s saved. Thank you. This McDonald’s is great.

This whole concept is in severe need to step up their game. Their food has reached garbage level; their employees lack common customer service skills (those simple skill that normally would be taught at home); their food is extremely overpriced and a bad representation of the finished product. The taste was bland, at best, and the fries were cold, which BTW, is becoming more and more common with McDonald’s. Going to cut them from my list of places to eat.

I stopped going to McDonald’s when they raised prices, but went through today for a cheeseburger and mocha frappe as I was right next door on an errand. I will not return again. The cheeseburger was tasteless and pricey. The prices are way too high for such poor quality food. They shrunk the size of the mocha frappe and raised the price up $1.50. We go by this McDonald’s all the time, and before the price hikes, there were always long drive-thru lines all day long, but we do not see this anymore. The lady working there told me it has slowed way down. The quality of the food is subpar, and there is no way my family will pay those prices now. Big families, in general, simply cannot afford to eat there anymore. The only positive for them is the ice cream cones for $1.00! We now only eat at restaurants with good deals and decent food. We go to Chili’s restaurant down the street, and for the 3 for $10.99 deal, we get unlimited drinks, a salad (or other choice), and a huge 1/3 lb hamburger or huge chicken sandwich with fries. Also, the drive-thru, Salad-to-Go, down the street, has excellent prices on their breakfast and meals, and drinks and iced coffee is only $1.29.
