Went to McDonald’s about 8:30 ish tonight And I get fast food sucks but all the young girls in there had quite an attitude if you’re working at McDonald’s, what are you gonna expect? It’s gonna be busy. I understand that sucks though. I think it’s important to remain Professional we tried to be nice as possible, but it was just very clear that they were done with the day or something. Food was good tho..

What are they serving us? We go here because the kid thinks they like it, They like the brand. We end up here often. Ever since I haven’t seen the two older ladies at the window the orders are never correct! We walked in today and returned the food from yesterday that was so god-awful we couldn’t eat it. Received a replacement. Here is the picture. Disgusting someone needs to find out what is going on at this McDonald’s! They make way too much money to service this!

The customer service could definitely be better. Working in fast food, employees should maintain appropriate tone within customer interaction. Unnecessary attitude along with pushiness during drive-thru orders is not the way to greet customers especially visiting from another state.They also didnt give us our drink lol

Did a mobile order for curbside 15 minutes prior to arriving, had email confirmation my order was received, and the app confirmed I checked in. Waited 30 minutes, then went inside to see what was going on. Girl at the counter asked to see my order number and said she’d go check, and then went talked to her co workers while they stared at me. She never came back to tell me what happened, nor did anyone else. 10-15mins later a manager with attitude asked, “Can I help you?” And I explained the situation and she rudely just shoves the order that was on the counter towards me. She told me I never checked in. Even with proof of my check in, she was trying to make it sound like it was my fault I got it so late when it clearly was either a system error or worst case they just forgot about it. When I finally got home after an HOUR of being at McDonald’s and receiving rude behavior with a side of cold food, turns out they forgot parts of my order, and coincidentally my receipt. Without the receipt I couldn’t get a refund for what was missing because I needed the store number. Worst fast food experience. Lost an hour of my time and money. I already dont have high hopes for McDonald’s, but this experience was so far below the bar I had set its ridiculous.

I orded 1 large fries and 1 large coke on the app ahead of time and they couldn’t figure it out. I had to ask for a manager and they got me my order after they finished the drive through orders. Took about 20 minutes

Worst McDonald’s you could ever go to. Waited 30 minutes for my curb side pick up and ended up having to call them. Fries were hard. Food was thrown together. I’d give them 0 starts if I could.

It’s McDonald’s they are pretty much the same. With that being said. I had the Carmel frappe. It was absolutely delicious and I can see they becoming addicting. My lady friend had ordered a black ice coffee because she was fasting and was given something very different. No harm done the mistake was promptly fixed and we were on our way.

This place is awful and way over priced!!! I got a snack wrap meal large with lemonade and a small shake, it was $21 for 2 little chicken wraps and a drink that tasted disgusting like pure syrup. I don’t know why Casa Grande thinks it’s okay to charge like this at a McDonald’s that’s just god awful!! I wont be back.
