The food was good but service was slow. I asked for breadsticks first thing but our party of 7 didn’t get any until after all the drinks were served. Had to ask for refills on salad as well. I’ll attribute it to being the day after Christmas.

Ava and Jeff were the absolute best tag team. Ava kept bringing our refills before we could even ask and Jeff was the absolute funnest personality to be around. 10/10 would come again!

We arrived for lunch and were seated right away. Once seated it took 10 minutes before we were greeted by our server. Once she did arrive the drinks and food came out quickly, too quickly. Our salad, breadsticks,appetizer and entrees arrived within a minute of each other. We had to eat feeling rushed to enjoy the food in course order while remaining fresh at the same time. I ordered the all you can eat pasta with the new spicy 3 meat sauce. Not good! The sauce was watered down and had no flavor just spicy heat. I also added the Italian sausage at an extra charge as an unlimited meat topping. I received two whole bratwurst size sausages on top of the pasta and sauce. The sausages should be sliced and placed on top. Not fun chasing a brat sized sausage on top of red sauce and trying to keep it off your clothes! To me the quality of the food is that of a glorified Fazolis! I doubt we will be back anytime soon. I can find much better authentic Italian food in many places that cost less than 95 dollars for 4 people. So if your looking for fast food quality Italian food at a nice sit down price this is your place, otherwise there are much better dinning options all around Champagne with top notch fresh entree selections.

Been a couple years since been to OG, we don’t eat out much. New to me was the “Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini, featuring thick, hollow bucatini noodles, grilled sirloin, shrimp, spinach, tomatoes, and a spicy, creamy Calabrian chili sauce.” Best Italian dish I can remember having. Steak shrimp cooked perfectly, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, especially for chili-heads. And naturally, the salad didn’t have a chance to make it to the go box…ask for server Juan, he was great!

We have been here before and the service was excellent but the food was somewhat ok..my girlfriend ordered the lasagna and it was burnt on the end.. our hostess asked if she was interested in getting another one but she declined the request. Other than that the meal was ok..

Olive Garden is a good brand and their employees work hard to maintain their reputation. Four of us had dinner to celebrate a birthday. Salads, soup, and bread were plentiful. Drinks were pretty good, if not festive. We benefitted from an incorrect order that resulted in an extra mixed drink. Our main courses were excellent. They even had a gluten free menu for my wife. Victory for me! I like my lasagna thick and cheesy and I was not disappointed. Everything looked delicious. Our server was exceptionally pleasant and continuously checked on us. I would encourage them to learn when to clear items off the table. That said, we had a very enjoyable experience. Everything was so delightful, I couldn’t take pictures before we decimated the dinner. You can’t go wrong here.

2/26 – Better on timing tonight, everything was brought out as expected. I had the Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini & the wife the Limited Time Ravioli di Portobello ( an item they have had in the past & the wife was excited to see again). Both were very good & would order them again.
7/25 – Sometimes I think OG’s focus on speed & efficiency over shadows the dining experience. 1) as I’m handed my menu I’m asked what I want to drink & appetizer 2) Breadsticks (no plates) show up as we place order (no drinks yet) 3) Salad shows up (no drinks yet). 4) Not this time but have had meal arrive before we finish salads / It’s just a hurried experience. It’s convenient & good so I still come back.
Typical Olive Garden, seems to be managed well, was there on Sunday for lunch, good service, good food, reasonable prices.

I ordered a takeout Alfredo from Olive Garden, and I was really disappointed. When I got home and opened the box, the portion looked like a kid’s meal — it was tiny! （half for chicken and small amounts noodle) A few weeks ago, I had the same dish in the restaurant, and it was so large I couldn’t even finish it. But this time, the takeout portion was less than half of that, yet the price was still the same ($21). Really inconsistent and disappointing for the price.

Firstly, the server was amazing. He was upbeat, friendly without being overbearing and attentive. Thank you Caleb.
The food – well you really can’t go wrong with the breadsticks and salad. Hubby had soup and started with minestrone and moved on to gnocchi chicken. Again, the server was excellent and made sure we always had food in front of us.
My steak was not great. I asked for medium and got a pretty rare bloody steak. Fortunately, when I pointed this out it was whisked away and a brand new plate of fettuccine and brand new steak was brought back, not just my first one re cooked.
Hubby had salmon and his was excellent.
Ended the meal with the chocolate black tie mousse cake which we took home.

Came in on a Tuesday afternoon so it really was no wait at all. The staff were very kind and tentative. The food here was amazing and I definitely did not have no complaints at all. Nice place to bring a large group of friends or family.
