Did a Mobile order of which I love the ease of the mobile app, but this location needs to train their employees better, order just one cheeseburger with extra lettuce and pickles, and what did I get normal lettuce and no cheese as they used a prepared normal hamburger that was sitting on a warm for my order and being it’s all I ordered it took way to long to receive the sandwich, being that I’ve worked as an assistant manager at a fast food place an know many others working there drive-thru time is a factor but apparently friends working together here is a bad thing as they don’t want to do their job correctly and yet they wanted more per hour to not do their job I can’t wait for fast food to be nothing but machines, I e already informed the local office in salt lake and the main corporate office

I ordered a hamburger in the drive through. (1 hamburger for my 11yo son) When I got to the 1st window I was told since it was 1 minute before lunch hours they would not give me a hangover (per the supervisor). It was more than 1min later I arrived at the food window (after lunch started) they charged me anyway for the food and didn’t give me what I ordered. No apology.

I don’t order door dash from them often because they seem to have major issues getting orders correct. Almost every one of the 10 or so times I’ve ordered from this location they leave out at least one item.

I’m extremely upset this happens almost every other time now they are always forgetting something I ordered through doordash doordash can only do so much it comes down to the McDonald’s so I don’t know who that real fault here but it seems like ordering from this particular McDonald’s they always forget something they forgot my son’s Happy Meal I got a refund on doordash for just enough of the missing item not enough to cover a redelivery of the same item plus tax and shipping so I end up paying for the item two times to get back the one time it’s not fair this is unacceptable I’m not happy about this I don’t know why this keeps happening I am not a happy person right now both doordash and McDonald’s have got to fix their stuff this is not acceptable

I ordered from the app for a curbside pickup, my order was confirmed and I was emailed a receipt. My account was charged. When I pulled into the parking lot my app just logged me out and when I opened the app and logged back in there was no sign of my order. I went inside and told them what had happened and they said there wasn’t anything they could do about because it didn’t show up on their end. They asked if I’d like to reorder and I said no thank you I already paid once and I’ll be dammed if I’m gonna pay again and left.

It was McDonald’s: any questions? I gave the food four stars only because the vanilla shake was incredible! The burgers and fries were meh. The girl that waited on me looked like she could not care less about her job or about helping customers, or pretty much anything else I think. But at least she’s working which is more than we can say for a lot of people these days right?
