Sorry if I’m wrong, I just wanna give a shout out and let her know her nails are always on point every time I come through the drive.
She takes the time to actually sit there and talk to my kids and actually have a conversation other than throw cash at me and make me pull forward.
Her service is amazing and I always love her feet print on her neck of her baby.

I had to stop and use the bathroom and took did’ the guy was cleaning the bathroom and he was super cool. He let us use the bathroom and now we’re ordering her food for me and Dic’s will tell you how I wish I would’ve that little guy name and he was pretty awesome. He made this trip to McDonald’s worth it. Update, did these little sausage cut up? I got my burritos. There was a homeless guy sitting at the end of the corner. I could not get my GPS up to work. I sat there and sat there and sat there and I was so uncomfortable so then I pulled over in the parking lot where I’m safe. I’m gonna get my GPS up and I’m actually gonna go back and give that little old guy some money cause obviously I was supposed to even if it’s only two dollars I ain’t got much in my wallet so peace. Fine the six bucks Food asked him if I could pray with him or for him and he said OK and so I went to pray so I don’t really pray. I just pray for you so everybody else I pray for Ryan it was in a wheelchair. I didn’t notice if his extremities were there or not But I’m praying Ryan!! And all of us.

Bad service. Waited over 20 minutes for an iced coffee. Everyone after got their food orders quick. Had to ask someone where my order was and they had no idea. My receipt was on the counter and my iced coffee was on the side the whole time. No one knew whose coffee it was and decided it was mine. Very bad. Don’t recommend.

I stood at the counter for about 20 minutes, 3 different employees made eye contact with me not never asked me if I needed anything. All I wanted was a refill and they have their soda machines in the back, so I’m confused on this set up of they’re apparently too busy to help a paying customer.

They either get the order wrong and then gives the customer attitude for their mistake. Not sure why the app changes from day to day where you can order an apple pie one day and then the next day they only give you the option to get one Apple and one holiday pie so you have to purchase 2 when that’s not what we want, we want to order just 1 like we did the day prior.
You can see that management doesn’t care because they respond to the reviews with a copy and paste response for every single review.
For those who get flies in the food or any other dead insect, don’t complain here because nothing will ever be done to fix the issue. Call the Utah health department and then maybe corporate will see this location needs an entire overhaul with training and new employees.

I stood at the front desk for 27 minutes waiting for my food employee looked at me but none came even when I asked if my order was ready which it was base on the tv. No one came until someone who just clocked in and asked food was cold. I’ve worked for mcdonalds for 8 years never have I experienced this bad of customer service from managers and employees. They need to remember they have customers inside and not just drive thru.

This particular McDonald’s gave my son raw meat twice! Then they said “deal with it or sont eat here” if it wasnt the fact that i was in a hurry i would have spoke ro rhw manager. On another visit they threw food out the window instead of handing it nicely. She didnt even wait for me to grab it just tossed it in the car window. And last complaint, my fries always are soggy.
