The atmosphere was lovely, intimate, and beautifully decorated. My husband and I went without a reservation, and they found us a nice table and provided excellent service. The drinks were very good.

The food, however, was less impressive. We have refined tastes, and while everything was decent, it wasn’t exceptionally delicious. The flavors didn’t quite justify the high prices per dish.

We would definitely return just for the atmosphere and how beautiful the place is, but in our opinion, it wouldn’t be worth it solely for the food. There are other places that offer better-tasting dishes.

For that reason, I give it three stars. My suggestion: put more care and flavor into the sushi. The place has potential, but it definitely needs more seasoning.

Aside from that, we had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary.

wow, i just ate here for the first time tonight (valentine’s day dinner!!) and i’m completely blown away. first of all, our server was Griffin and he was an outstanding server – somehow he knew exactly when to come by and check on us?? his timing was so perfect it was almost scary. he was very kind, patient and personable – we had an amazing time in no small part due to him 🙂

the food was also ridiculously good, definitely the best meal I’ve had in Orlando. we had the yakisoba (with wagyu short rib!!), spicy tuna crispy rice, bench press roll, and the chirashi. all were very thoughtfully presented, fresh and outstanding taste wise.

i also had the best espresso martini of my life with locally roasted espresso, banana and miso. i’m personally upset i never thought of that combo myself. they have great happy hour specials also if you happen to some not on a holiday!

the atmosphere was beautiful too, we dined in the hanami lounge and it was actually breath taking. such a romantic vibe that made valentine’s day feel perfect. the only kind of strange thing was the music selection but it was pretty quiet so not distracting LOL

overall i highly recommend seito :3

I’ve come here for many many years and to this day it’s still some of the best sushi in all of Orlando. Easily in my top 3 favorite spots and I always tell people who come to visit or newly moved here that they must have Seitos.
The quality is unmatched and the restaurant has a phenomenal bar and crafted cocktails as well as beautiful ambiance for any event. Great spot for a date! Which is for my review. Me and my date split a tuna tower together. Perfect for 2 people. It was just the right amount of food. We also split a roll and a yuzu tart together. Every bite was to die for but the cuts of chutoro were my favorite. If there is anything you must have a bite of it would be the crazy rich Asian Gunkan maki. 10/10. I would order 100 of them. I adore this place. All of the staff are great. Never been upset with my service or food here. Always come to Seitos for a great meal.

Seito Sushi delivers a truly refined dining experience where creativity, quality, and atmosphere come together beautifully. From the moment the dishes arrive, you can tell that every plate is thoughtfully composed—visually stunning and full of flavor.

The sushi rolls are perfectly balanced, with fresh fish, delicate rice, and bold yet harmonious sauces. The dumplings were silky and rich, topped with just the right amount of heat and umami. The bao-style bite was soft, indulgent, and packed with flavor, while the crispy elements added a satisfying contrast. Even the rice and small plates stood out—comforting yet elevated.

Seito Sushi is not just a meal—it’s an experience. Thoughtful presentation, high-quality ingredients, and consistent excellence make it a place worth returning to again and again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had an absolutely wonderful evening at Seito Sushi. From start to finish, everything was flawless. We enjoyed an outstanding Wagyu Beef Carpaccio, perfectly cooked gyoza, the delicious Makimono Sweet Heart, and a Yuzu Lime Tart that was the perfect ending to the night.

A special thank you to our friend Marilis, who made sure every detail of our experience was perfect, and to our server, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout the evening.

The atmosphere is spectacular—stylish, dynamic, and full of class, creating the perfect setting for an unforgettable dining experience. We highly recommend Seito Sushi and look forward to coming back soon!

We have been coming here for years now, and it is still our favorite sushi spot in Orlando. You need to try the spicy tuna crispy rice!

We also love the Hokkaido and Bench Press rolls. Corona roll if you like fresh/salsa topped.

The nigiri is second to none, we always go for salmon and chutoro or otoro.

Naomi the manager was incredibly personable and made wonderful recommendations while our Seattle family was visiting.

For dessert, the yuzu tart and ube cheesecake were phenomenal!

Incredible sushi and even better service!

This place is stunning! The decor is to die for. We sat in the back room with velvet drapes, cherry blossoms overhead, and the perfect cozy vibe. Our server Min made the night! He was so knowledgeable, shared fun facts, and his recommendations were spot on. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, especially the ube cheesecake!

The decoration is beautiful, but as a restaurant, you shouldn’t rely on decoration to attract clients—you really need to focus on the food quality.
I ordered the yakisoba and the pork bun, but both were very disappointing. The pork bun was overly sweet, and the pork tasted like it had been marinated for 10 months—it was super hard, more like eating ham than fresh, tender pork.
For a sushi restaurant, I expected freshness and quality. Instead, shortly after eating, I had to keep going to the restroom with diarrhea. As soon as I stopped eating, the issue went away, so it was definitely the food. This has never happened to me at any other Japanese restaurant in Orlando.

On top of that, they claimed the soy sauce was low sodium, but it tasted like regular soy sauce watered down. I could clearly taste the difference—it made me even more thirsty. It feels like they diluted it to cut costs, since true low-sodium soy sauce is more expensive.

The food did not taste fresh, the quality was poor, and it’s unacceptable for a sushi restaurant. Shame on them.

I haven’t came here in over 10 years but I recently came on a Friday night around 5:30 for dinner & happy hour. Jay was our server and she was great. The manager Naomi was also super attentive. The food was delicious but the service provided took the experience to the next level.

Pictured is the bench press and lychee cocktail in the background along with some nigiri which were all delicious. The highlight of our meal was definitely the seabass ochozuke. It was definitely worth the wait and such a delight to cap off our meal. I will definitely be back

It was our first time here at Seito Sushi in Sandlake celebrating our daughter 21st birthday. Sara and Naomi were wonderful to us. The food was simply out of this world. We tried a few dishes: Crispy Tuna, Seabass, Salmon set and Mackerel. The presentation of the food and the very friendly atmosphere of the restaurant is unlike any other. The decorations are beautiful especially the plate and cup and utensils are authentic design and our girls love it. Please try this place. We will definitely come back.
