I deliver for DoorDash and my experiences from here are mostly positive. There is one employee that, no matter if the store is bust or not, just won’t help me and I end up standing in front waiting for her to finish doing some task that she could easily do when I leave. For us gig workers, time is money and having to wait for that is super frustrating. Filling the level dispenser is important but not if you’re making us wait for you to do it rather than hand us the order and then resuming your task.

Check your order before you leave the drive-thru. Ordered a big mac, extra sauce, well they forgot the most important piece to a burger, the MEAT! See pictures for details and no, I didn’t ask for all bun. luckily I also ordered a couple double cheese burgers so I turned my meatless big mac into a McGangBang.

I go here a lot for something quick after working closing shift because it’s the only fast food place still open after 11, they’re usually pretty good about getting food out fast and making it well, at least as far as McDonald’s is concerned. There are issues with mobile ordering, however. As someone who can only travel by bike, I am told to order online via curbside pickup, however they close that option at 11:30 even though the drive through is open until midnight, so I have to call them and explain fairly often. This isn’t an issue if you aren’t planning on getting food close to midnight, however, and overall it’s a fairly decent location with nice people most of the time.

I ordered food for Mcdelivery and received wrong food the manager refused to help get me the correct order. I spent $30 on food from this store and they messed up my order refused to fix their mistake. Do not order on the app for this store and have your order be wrong they won’t help fix this at all. They seal the bag and yet expect the order to be not their fault when you receive it when they are the ones who seal the bag. They will not help at all and manager is not helpful at all. The store will not take responsibility for anything that they do even with a reicept. Bad place to order from.

Before today, I honestly thought that this place was a really great place to take my client for breakfast, as she takes a very long time to finish eating. She has down syndrome and dimensia and some other pretty severe things. We get looked and talked about and laughed at a lot by people who just don’t understand. And this was a place in which I thought it would never happen! But it did. And not by people who I thought it would. No, it wasn’t other customers. It was by the lunch crew who work there. 3 if not 4 females…As she was still eating on her pancakes, it was 11:20, I turned around and noticed 3 or 4 women/ girls watching us. And one had the audacity to say very much out loud that “thank God they don’t charge people to just sit at their restaurant like other places do”…yep, I heard and understood that they were upset about us taking so much time to eat. Even when I still had our tray and garbage on the table where we were seated. Yes, my client was making lots of faces as she ate, just enjoying herself as she usually does. I did not and never will understand what the problem was. There was more than enough seats for everyone who came in and plenty open seats that weren’t even sat in. The breakfast crew have seen us in there every Tuesday morning for the past few weeks and welcome us with smiles and warmth. As they should or any place of business. But to hear that, I was appalled. My client was oblivious to anything that was said or whatever. I didn’t want to write this or call them out or anything, but I am. Because I don’t want this happening to other people with disabilities like hers or worse. It’s very disgusting that they think their behavior was acceptable. It was not. And never ever will be!!!!

Used to think they were just fine i mean it’s McDonald’s but once my gf and her brother got food poisoning it became somewhere we will not go again. Even though it had happened once despite every time we had went there I just feel the manager didn’t really care about it. I was waiting in lobby for a long time, the urge to make it right and keep us as customers didn’t exist at all with the manager and they only refunded us on what we got sick from. The whole order should’ve been refunded because of all the medicine we bought and the fact they had to miss 1-2 days of work due to their lack of sanitary and food quality procedures. I get you’re not supposed to admit fault to food poisoning but don’t try and act like I’m lying for some cheap a** food. I supervise fast food every day I know how long it takes to get food poisoning and they just weren’t being reasonable. They were more focused on “firing ” anyone who did something wrong instead of wanting us to come back there and spend the 30 plus dollars we normally ordered with.

I got dinner for family of 4, 3 orders of fries, old and cold, 10 piece chicken McNuggets, old and cold, big Mac and 2 bacon cheeseburgers, old and cold. No receipt in my bags!! VERY Disappointing to get home to eat and the whole meal is terrible! Atleast the sodas were spot on.
