This is a common problem for me. So I ordered 2 extra ketchup cheese burgers but it was the driest burger ever. I checked the inside of the burger to see what happened and I found that the ketchup had literally been scraped off by the employee and like I said this is a common problem with me, also the burger was incredibly old it was on the warmer for multiple hours.

We go through the drive through at least once every other week if not more and the one time there was a mistake with our order they fixed it when we went back through the line and gave us extra of what we were missing. I go to this McDonalds often, meeting my brother for coffee. Some of the employees are not so up on things probably because of changes, but I enjoy a lady named Sherry. She is so friendly and works really hard keeping the place clean. She is everywhere and constantly working. 5 stars for her.

I went there a few nights ago it was the worse experience I had ever had with a fast food restaurant the lady taking the order was very rude I had to repeat myself multiple times and for it to not even be right when I got my food is very frustrating the manager was super nice but I wish I had her name because she was very rude interrupting me and kept asking me if there was anything else when I wasn’t even done that is the worse I hate when people to that. Lady in the 2nd window, young girl with really long nails sucks. Her attitude, her service, everything. Asked for a large ice cream cone, i paid for a large and received a small. I ordered 2 Crispy Chicken sandwiches fries and 2 drinks on the App and I got double of everything, and was charged double as well. I told the delivery person that I only ordered one order and he said that the duplicate order could not be returned or refunded. I then called the manager and he said that I would have to return to food before he would refund the money. The App is not working right because it ordered double .

McDonald’s is the natural go to. It’s affordable for everybody, they accept everybody, they welcome you kindly, customer service is always new, so it’s always an experience. They got McChickens, Double Cheeseburgers, fries, Big Mac’s, McFlurries, Big Breakfast with Hot Cakes, Filets, Egg sausage McMuffins, all classics ans apple pies.
