Very clean and courteous employees. I appreciate the work ethic I saw here. The employees dis a wonderful job with our orders, and I noticed they kept a clean ship. Always saw someone cleaning and tending to the parking lot, would give 5 stars if the children’s play place was kept as clean too. All else is very, very good. It’s definitely my favorite McDonald’s in all of Colorado.

Worst service ever. Kids want to be paid more per hour, yet they can’t even do their job correctly. Wrong order. Missing items. Waited over 20 minutes at the window for my “fast” food. This is the result of poor management. Will never be visiting this location again, and I’ll tell everyone else I know to avoid it too. Train your employees better.

I was stranded from United Airlines in Denver. I stayed at the hotel across the street. I am from Canada and delivery was difficult. When I went to the drive through at midnight, the manager was kind enough to take my order so i could eat something that day. The staff was very kind and I was greatfull for them going outside the policy so i could have a meal that day.

Hit or miss on delivery. Sometimes you get half what you ordered, sometimes you get almost what you ordered, sometimes it’s close enough. Never exactly what you ordered. But you get what you pay for. Night drive through is 20 minute wait for a DoorDash driver to pickup, which means you’ll get your food late and cold. Find a system for them to pickup when the lobby is closed!! Only times I order is the middle of the night when it’s the only open thing and I’m too lazy to cook. Oh and don’t expect them to have a full menu at night. No fish, no chicken. Why? Who knows.

Ok so normally any McDonald’s wouldn’t ever get a 5 star status from me. Why? Because it’s McDonald’s . (Home of the flat burger, no offense) but this McDonald’s in Fort Lupton is different!! The employees work their rears off and they do it with pride (a smile). It use to be people cared sincerely and it showed in their work. That’s what this McDonald’s reminds me of! Those days. Treasure them! Be the change you want to see in the world. You never know who’s lives you may have a positive effect on.

Not only did the drive threw attendant literally not listen to me resulting in unnecessary change which is now in there drive thru somewhere but not in my wallet bc of his urgency to almost throw it at my driver. Then we receive our one by one out of the window and not in a drink holder. So we are covered in caramel and fudge and it looks like a train wreak. Attached photos♡♡♡ they actually did them justice. Happy memorial day!!! I’ll be nice and give you 2 stars just to share some kindness. Let’s just say I should’ve kept my money and went to another establishment. The staff here doesn’t care about their customers satisfaction.

It has been six months since I have been at this location because the previous 8 times in a row, they had gotten every single order wrong. I decided enough time had passed and I’d give them another shot. They got this order wrong also. It seems to be a common theme to see how many orders they can get wrong?.? I will not give this location another visit!
