McDonald’s has gotten into a bad habit of IGNORING front counter customers. Today was no exception – both the “manager” and the front counter employee looked at me as I was standing at the counter and NEVER SAID ANYTHING. Of course, that makes a person feel that they are being ignored. I finally placed an order – of course it was rung up wrong. My money was literally SNATCHED from my hand, my change was flung with most of it clattering somewhere, and the “customer service” rep stormed off. I demanded to speak to the manager – the manager who also has no customer service skills rudely told me I should have used the kiosk. What happened to McDonald’s service? It has deteriorated at all of their locations – BUT, here? They don’t care about customers at all. Be careful with this location.

The drive up window was advertising fish sandwiches buy one at regular price and get one for a buck. When I ordered it the so called Mngr said it wasn’t included? I’m confused at why it’s next to the rest of the burgers and fries but for some reason fish sandwich not included? Taco Bell is still a better value for us seniors if we want to eat someplace. SSI D

Stopped to get two burgers with xtra onions and pickles. Neither burger had any Onions on either . I have to say they get my order wrong 6 out of 10 times I stop there.. burgers were smashed flat. The meat had sat over the allowed time in the trays it was literally hard.

Got breakfast here once. Manager was arguing with customer it was crazy. She said “mam you need to learn to respect customer service workers” old lady said “NO you need to learn to respect your customers. I want to speak with the manager. Manager ” I AM THE MANAGER. HAVE A GOOD DAY”

Went 2 days in a row for coffee and a quick breakfast. First day the guy taking my order never gave me a total or receipt. Second day, the girl charged my card for the wrong order (total was more than what I ordered). She didn’t know how to refund my card and then handed me a receipt showing my order was zeroed out but never actually refunded me. She gave the guy behind me his order for free because they charged my card. So I paid more for less food. Terrible customer service.

Everytime I’m here, if I go to the second drive through line (instead of the one closer to the restaurant) it’s like they can’t see or hear me. Today I sat there for four minutes saying “hello hello” every 30 seconds.

I have no idea where to begin. Before the extensive remodel it just underwent, this particular McDonald’s location was known for poor service, dirty dining areas, and poorly made food.
