Good lunch spot with lots of seating. Order from the kiosk and pay there if possible because the staff are extremely busy but still very nice. Things are just more efficient and a win-win to put your own order in and pay, then they can just call your number. The store was clean and everything went well as expected.

I ordered through the app, hoping to grab a quick burger and stay on the road. After 15 minutes in the drive-through line, I gave up. I tried calling the store multiple times and concluded they took the phone off the hook. I then called the national help line and connected with a very helpful employee who assured me I wouldn’t be charged for the undelivered food.

never write reviews but this was too bad not to share. there was no one at the counter in the lobby. no coffee, frozen drinks, sodas, basically no drinks available. me and about 5 other people were waiting for someone to come up and it took about 10 minutes for me personally to flag someone’s attention (they also took a call from a friend during this) just for me to pick up a doordash order that had been ready and sitting behind the counter the whole time.

Won’t be returning, surreal experience. Waited in the drive-through with only one lane open, items advertised on the ‘limited time menu’ they didn’t have yet. Was told after ordering to come to the second window.. first window waved at me to back up and pay there. Weirdest was Second window arguing with me that they were the first window… and my order was wrong.

Dining room is never open with no indication, app still allows ordering for pickup inside. The drive thru line takes 30 minutes just to order and the ice cream/frozen drinks are not available, again without any indication on the menu or in the app. Simply avoid this location at all costs. You will be disappointed if you try.

Google maps says their open, and no one would answer the phone. All of the lights are on. To be honest they were probably hiding in the back watching me write this review. Needless to less this is one of my most least favorite locations. The customer service is HORRIBLE and they’re always rude. Handing out old over the time food.
