We normally do take out but tonight my son and I went in and ate dinner. The food was very good, I had the Taco Salad and he had 2 chicken tacos. Then we had the sopapilla. It was different from most I’ve ever had, the dough was super thin. Very good!!! But I think I like them to be a little more doughy. But still a 5 star experience.

We have always enjoyed eating at Rosa’s in the past, the food good, and the experiences pleasant, but our most recent visit will have us reconsidering whether we want to return to this particular location. Our group of 8 family members visited here this past Saturday for our Mother’s Day meal out and there were several things wrong on multiple items on our order. My dad had to go back twice to get the meals corrected before noticing that an additional meal that had been ordered was completely missing from our order. The shift manager working that day had an attitude and told my dad that he thought he was getting “taken” by him, implying that my dad was trying to get extra food without paying for it. What kind of manager treats customers this way?! This is not the way mistakes on orders should be handled if you want the customer to keep coming back!

My experience at Rosa’s Cafe & Tortilla Factory was a tasty one. I’m not going to say it was the best Mexican food I’ve ever had but it definitely was up there especially for what I have experienced in the Dallas area. It’s so hard to find a good flour tortilla in this area and Rosa’s Cafe and tortilla factory delivered The flavor that I so desired and missed from my hometown. The facility was clean and the prices were somewhat reasonable, And I enjoyed their salsa bar just as much as everything else. My only complaint is that some of the staff seem to be bear minimalists when it comes to work.

Fajita were good. The salsa bar was a little blah – like 3 red sauces with different names but all taste exactly the same. The food is made very fast and served hot. The enchiladas were pretty decent especially considering this is fast food. Overall I’d say I had a positive experience. Similar to taco cabana just different – maybe a tiny bit better? But overall very good!

This was a good experience. They seem to be as good as every Rosa’s I’ve entered. The food wasn’t spectacular but definitely worth the price. Also the Tuesday deals will always pull me back in. Staff wasn’t overly friendly or engaging much at this location. They all seem to be TOO busy working to properly greet patrons.
