Tried this place breakfast for the first time. I would say its okay a good 3.5 out of 5. The portions are actually great, the tortillas are always great. I ordered the huevos rancheros and it was okay, the veggies are cut really big, how mom puts it “for the animals”. The spicy beans are really good, the eggs come scrambled. We also ordered 2 potato and chorizo burritos a good 3.5 out of 5. All in all would come again. Place was clean and not to busy in the morning, so the order came out really fast.

This was our first time eating here. The atmosphere was really nice. I loved all the decorations and the music. We ordered the combo nachos, the deluxe Mexican plate, and a drink. Everything came out to $24. I believe it was VERY affordable. I will be going back to try other items on the menu.

This place is always clean, food is good and the staff is always friendly. Only gave it a 4 star because there has been a change in the tortillas. They use to be softer. We buy them by the dozen and even after freezing them they were still just a soft. Now, if you don’t have them fresh and on the day of, they start to feel like cardboard and they also taste less homemade. Can’t really put my finger on it but not a great flavor like I remember. Please make them the way you use to! We love Rosa’s.

Was in the area early today. Tried their breakfast for the first time and I’ve been coming here for years!!!!!!! Got the huevos rancheros plate. It comes with beans potatoes two tortillas and salsa. Pretty bland to my taste buds. I won’t get again. Thankfully I got this to go so i ended up adding well seasoned leftover ground turkey and guac to it at home. That helped tremendously. Also as a customer for years now, I continue to wish they would rethink their salsa sizes. With all the chips they give you (enough to feed a family of 10 lol) for one little cup of salsa, I think their large container should actually be their small and they should make their current large; double it’s current size. I love their flour tortillas though. Never a disappointment. Yummmmm!

We just drove through and ordered a fajita plate and a enchilada plate..nearly $35 and they put 2 flour tortillas in the bag.. Usually each plate comes with three. It’s a bummer when you get home and realize they didn’t pack it right.

My first time coming here and they have a pretty large selection to choose from on their menu. It’s not authentic but way closer than most Tex-Mex places I’ve been to.
Employees are kind and friendly. The service was quick. They make the tortillas fresh, which is awesome.
There is tons of seating which I liked. Employees are quick to clear off the tables of those who have left. The atmosphere was relaxed and I enjoyed my time there.
My only complaint would be that the restrooms need some cleaning. They were not the cleanest.

While in the area, we were craving Mexican food and decided to try this place based on the good reviews.
The menu offered plenty of affordable options, and we ordered loaded nachos, tacos, and enchiladas. Everything we tried was good—not the best we’ve had, but definitely satisfying. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and the food was worth the price.

A 5 Star rating here doesn’t equate to a 5 Star at Bob’s Chop House. But in Rosa’s peer group of T Bell, T Casa, and other fast TexMex, Rosa’s rises above the crowd. Restaurant is well organized, clean, and well staffed. Prices are low, and value is high. The food tastes good! Quantities are generous. They offer a condiments bar with various salsas and additives. We eat at Rosa’s 3 or more times per month. They offer a good breakfast, too. Our location sells margaritas!

Straight up mold??? In the ice? (Not lettuce or any food that could’ve just fallen in. Has a weird texture to it and was frozen IN the ice.)

Price is right and service is great. Just not a ton of flavor. Forest time ever to a Rosa’s. I had a smothered burrito plate and two tostadas. I don’t know if I let the tostadas sit too long while I was eating the burrito, but the tostadas were foldable so I was able to fold them into little tacos.
Overall, the meat was not very seasoned or flavorful so I think if that would’ve been different and had more seasoning in it I probably would’ve enjoyed it a lot more.
Also wanna shout out to the staff as we were there until close from 1030 to 11 and the staff was great and gracious.
