Believe it or not Yes Five stars for the first time for a fast food place in my life after leaving many reviews everywhere. On Tuesday afternoon at was going back home so my daughter was asking if I could grab a bite for her and I was near this place so I placed my order online. Right after I pulled out my truck to the speaker a member was asking me if I was using the mobile app today so I said yes, I give him my number and I drove to the first window for my receipt and all of the good stuff started at the second window went Elijah came to the window greeting me with my drink and I asked him for some ketchup with my order. Right after this he handed over the ketchup and very friendly asking me to move forward and saying that someone will be bringing the food to me. You don’t normally get this type of service in a drive service so I asked him for his names and I thanked him for a great service. Then I was waiting for my food went a girl came to me verifying my name with my order and she was very smiling and she asked me if I was in need of any sauce or any other condiments and I told her Yes some Bbq sauce would be good but she was out of bbq so I told her not to worry about it but she was insisting to go back inside and get some so I told her what also she have in the tray so she mention that she have have some hot honey and I immediately told her that’s perfect and I also asked her for her name and her name was Kimberly. Kim and Elijah are a great match for any food stand in my opinion for the amazing service and patient including the smile on their faces. McDonald’s she’ll be proud to have you guys.

This location should be ashamed of itself.
I ordered food online, picked it up, and ate most of it before realizing it was covered in mold. They tried to hide it under extra sauces, and at first, I thought the sandwich was just messy. Then I noticed my hands turning black from what I touched — when I looked closer, I saw mold all over the bottom. I felt sick instantly.
Now my husband is violently ill, and I’m having to take him to the ER because of this. I’ve been calling the store for over 30 minutes, and they keep rejecting my calls instead of taking responsibility.
As someone who works in business, I can’t believe how reckless and uncaring this is. Food safety should never be ignored, and treating customers this way is beyond unacceptable.
McDonald’s, this is disgusting — own up and do better.
If anyone else experiences something like this, report it to McDonald’s corporate and Austin Public Health immediately. No one deserves to get sick from food that should’ve been safe to eat

Roberto asked me like four times what kind of big breakfast I wanted and and i said repeatedly the big breakfast meal! And when i get both of my meals they don’t have pancakes then Araceli responds to me with attitude after addressing the issue and they’re still trying to charge me for the pancakes after they messed up the order on their end, and on top of that they Alr didn’t even have hash browns for my meal which I had said was fine! But then they still try to charge me for my missing pancakes bc they messed up my order. so I said I want a refund and after I said that they still want to take back the food after I had opened the meal up and realized my order was wrong workers are very unprofessional and rude!! Roberto and Araceli this is my big breakfast meal ♂️

The worst McDonald’s in Austin, I’ve lived nearby for about 8 months now. Used to live South. Used to live north work by a different one, tried to give this one time to improve and it honestly has but it’s still the worst.
My order is wrong about 25% of the time (it used to be 50%, so it’s improvement)
Whoever does their ordering does not understand their timing. At least twice. If I come and been told it’s not just ice cream or cookies or pies but literally they were out of all desserts.
Their fries are not the worst I’ve ever had but they have never been GOOD fries. They’re always soggy.
I was told today this is apparently the only McDonald’s that “can’t” upgrade a drink on a $5 dollar meal deal because this particular franchise owner won’t allow it.
The inside seems really clean and nice, and the staff is friendly and usually fairly quick with orders, but if you can’t order what you want and what you DO order is wrong the speed, cleanliness, and friendliness are moot points.
If it keeps improving, there’s potential, but as it currently stands there’s just always something wrong.

This McDonalds consistently has the most garbage service. Every time I come, they mess up my order and never include everything I order. I always have to check my bag to ensure that I have anything. Tonight, I placed an order and they put it in incorrectly. When I came to the window, the woman said that I would have to go through the drive thru again to order the item they put in incorrectly. It’s a McDonald’s, not the St Regis, but I think it’s reasonable to expect human decency and reliability at a fast food chain.

I was at VEG with my sick dog and had tears in my eyes and was comforted by an angel on this Earth! Anelka saw my obvious distress and not only prayed with me, she hugged me! Human contact and compassion that is rarely seen. This beautiful soul is a huge asset to McDonalds, but in this world! Thank you Anelka for your beautiful soul and compassion.

This is the best McDonald’s location in central Texas and you can argue with your mama about it!!! Every time I go.. nuggets? Crispy. Fries? Fresh and salty. Service? Quick and friendly. Whoever is working those fryers deserves a raise forreal. I live in SM but work off of airport so I eat here often and the SM locations always do me dirty… but never the airport location!! This franchise has it together. Nothing is perfect obviously they have better days than others but I know I can always count on the food here being on point and will drive out of my way to go to this location specially. It doesn’t matter if I go pick up my food or if I have my order delivered. This is the only location I always have issues with my order at! The food is almost always cold and everyone knows warming it up in the microwave makes it taste horrible!
