This location has gone downhill for the last 6 months. It gets worse and worse. Nasty food all the way around. Greasy old frys, burgers that are smashed, and bread soggy from being set made for hours absorbing the ketchup. Chicken Nuggets tasted as if they had been recooked.

This location has terrible customer service. They charged 6 dollars on the machine and it “didn’t go through on their end” although we showed them our bank statement. It showed the place, day , price, and time. While she said that we did not have a receipt she could not do anything. She did not do a single thing to try to help. As a manager she genuinely sucked. As someone who works in a type of food industry the way this was handled was wrong. There is no reason as to why the Manager, Rita, did not put more effort into helping us.

My husband called me on his way to work today to tell me how gourmet his breakfast was today from this McDonalds, so I jumped in my car and drove there to grab two sausage McGriddles and a Caramel Frape and I was FLOORED! The softest McGriddle I’ve ever had. I will be back ASAP!!!

Literally the worst..I mean I get its fast food and can’t be held to the highest standards but c’mon don’t make it completely obviously that your are beyond lazy. Paid for 8 pieces of bacon received 4 ripped in half not even cut half of the time no tea..staple in Texas hello! And half those working there look like they could be found in mug shots for possession. Not to mention I was also told the pies were expired and they didn’t have any and couldn’t do anything about it since I had ordered online, but was able to finally get it figured out with a different team member. Also they didn’t have the right eggs so they through some slimey old egg in after I told them I would rather not if they didn’t have the right ones, and still charged me for them. I will drive all the way to New Braunfels if for some reason I should want breakfast from McDonald’s again.
