Not surprised at some of the comments on here. I used the subway app to order and realized it was a wrong Location and immediately called to try to cancel the order. They didn’t answer the phone for about five tries, and when they did the woman was super rude and told me that she’s not my secretary and the food is already ready and she’s not gonna cancel the order. It was my mistake, I’ll own that, but totally uncalled for with the attitude. The location I normally go to was shocked when I told them how the person at another subway treated me. So, I feel a little bit better leaving this review even though nobody probably cares.

I am currently at the Gurnee mills mall and I just got some subway. They were so sweet and so nice. The lady ordering in front of me was being very disrespectful to the man that was working there. My food was delicious and I believe it was very rude of that customer to get angry at that man just because the scanning thing wasn’t working. If I had money I would give him a tip but I was with my mom and unfortunately only had a credit card. I will always remember how sweet and nice they were to me and how good their food is. Subway will forever be my favorite place to go 🙂

My sister and I were in line waiting so be served, as we were waiting a white lady came up to the register and started ordering. The cashier immediately started helping her completely ignoring us. When I asked if that’s how the worked the girl at the register just laughed and handed me my receipt. Don’t go there.

Sunday May 30th 1:30 pm me and my family stood in line while the male behind the counter purposely ignored us AND had the nerve to pull out his phone text AND sat his phone on the counter they prep the sandwiches looked up at us and gave us a blank stare. Worst service I have had in a long time. They don’t honor on-going advertisements and sales. You can hardly call them sandwich artists, it’s not hard to properly build a sandwich, yet they mess it up all the time… I pretty much get salad with a side of bread wrapped up in paper. Perhaps build your ingredients on the bread… Food for thought.

There’s 2 in the Mills. Good dude working at one of them. The other one didn’t seem attended when I was actually hungry on 2 back to back days. Even employees gotta have a break.
