Used the kiosk to place an order. I was able to pull up my account from the app by simply using the kiosk to scan a code on my phone. Since I already had my order pulled up, it transfered to the kiosk. At the end of the transaction, it allowed you to put your table tent number in the kiosk in order for one of the staff members to bring your order to the table. I finished placing the order and the gentleman brought me a cup to get my beverage and then my food was brought to the table shortly thereafter. The order was nicely prepared specific to how I customized my items. There is also a play area for the kids.

I have never had a good experience with this location, if you get even one part of your order how you wanted it you are lucky. I consistently get double cheeseburgers when I ask for hamburgers, and the fries are always soggy. Sometimes the app glitches out and won’t let us pick up the order we paid for at the location we bought it for. This is the worst location I have ever been to and there is a sonic right next to it that knows how to do things right. Maybe if they paid their employees a living wage and had enough in the store at a time maybe they would get the damn orders right

In simple words, the worst management than any other McDonald’s or restaurant.. worst customer service. Lying to customer to cover their mistake. Saying the charge something else to give you something else, it’s normal. And telling customers they could care less about them, not going to ruin their day for the us. 3 managers all one over the other disrespected me. Trying to put their stupidy on me. I am not ever going back here. I used my app to buy a cheeseburger and get one for free plus I bought a full meal and they didn’t add my cheese burger I had to go back. Like the little manager apologized but its an inconvenience and it pissed me. Shouldn’t have to had this much trouble.

I go to this McDonald’s more than I’d like to admit. The service is fine… it’s McDonald’s, so nothing special. They are often out of certain beverages. Food is always good and they don’t often get drive thru orders wrong.

The food I got was two double meat cheeseburgers. The buns were not fresh. The cheese was cold. And they do not have much ketchup or mustard. Both of them were so dry. They were almost unedible.

Spent more than 30 mins in drive thru with a mobile order. The employee gave my order to the next car. I had to go in and follow up where the manager look for the missing order, the order had to be prepared again, made us wait for another 15 mins.

Newly remodeled. Playground seems to be the same but the tables and chairs in the entire restaurant is new. Play area no longer has the funny smell. That’s a huge plus. Also 2 kiosks to order food can speed up getting your good. There is table service now!
